We had a good experience with Peter's lane, though there was some time taken due to a chain of sales, but they always kept us updated and supported us for any queries,as first home buyers they made sure that we are happy with everything we are doing and solved any problems we had , all the way they kept a good communication with us. Thankyou for a good first experience of buying house and for all the assistance.

The staff at Peter Lane were so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble, on both our sale and purchase. I really don't think it would have gone through without them. We got a valuation from Peter Lane which was significantly higher than other estates agents locally, thinking this may slow down the process (which we were happy with) we went with them to try for the higher price. However before we even got to market the property, Peter Lane found us a buyer who made an offer immediately at the higher price. They have been excellent throughout, managing visits on our behalf and communicating at all times. They are very professional and helpful during the legal process.
