Communications at all times were timely, efficient and informative. The sale was progressed as quickly as possible. Staff were pleasant and helpful at all times.

Excellent service having recently purchased a property through Peter Lane and Partners which was empty due to probate, I found all the staff to be very helpful in getting additional information on the property and arranging numerous visits, nothing seemed to be to much trouble in providing a first class service throughout the sale, my only regret is that I did not use them for the sale of my property - will do next time.

Shout out to the Huntingdon office particularly Christine, Laura, Anne Marie and Matt. We've bought and sold through them and each time, they deliver feedback whether it's feedback you'd like to hear or not. Communication is key and they always keep you up to date. They work as hard if you're a seller or a buyer. They are competitively priced and I would recommend them and use them again.

A wonderful service from all the staff, from the initial valuation to the preparation of the sales brochure, negotiating the sale and monitoring the legal process through to completion.

Moving from Lincolnshire to Cambridgeshire in my eighties was daunting but dealing with Peter Lane, Huntingdon made the transaction very smooth.

Staff very helpful when I just called in with questions, surveys were arranged by the staff. Would certainly recommend Peter Lane for a smooth relocation.

Bought my house with Peter Lane. Gavin was absolutely fantastic and kept me updated throughout the whole process. I dealt with Caroline on completion day who was also very helpful on the day. Customer service was excellent and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

All the staff were cheerful, friendly and very helpful. The property was sold which was very ratifying. I was grateful for all the help given.

Peter Lane have managed my small portfolio of properties locally for many years, and their letting team have been professional, courteous and beyond helpful at all times. I couldn't have wished for more support. Recently I sold a property through their sales team which was achieved in short time and at a good price, but nothing prepared us for the twists and turns that we encountered during the conveyancing stage. To that end they were excellent in all aspects, and continued to keep me informed throughout what became a long process with many last-minute issues that were always dealt with efficiently.
All the staff were helpful and excellent in both attitude and approach but I will call out Anne-Marie in particular as a member of the sales team who deserves a huge amount of credit and gratitude from me for her prompt communication with all parties and her determination and dedication to making sure the sale reached completion.
An excellent team all round who I'd recommend unconditionally!

My experience with this company was outstanding. I was dealing with the sale of my mother's property after she passed away. The empathetic understanding and sensitivity towards me was really touching. Colin, Tracy and Anne-Marie communicated with me every step of the way and made the whole process very easy. Absolutely shocking service! Complete lack of communication and care. Yes, a quick sale but that was due to the house my parents were selling through Peter Lane and nothing to do with the agents. My parents heard absolutely nothing from you throughout their sale (including about the arrangements for the completion day and key collection!!!), which was in stark contrast to the estate agent handling their purchase - who kept in contact throughout and even brought round a beautiful bouquet of flowers on their moving date. We are appalled! It’s no wonder we were warned off you by other people. Learn a lesson Peter Lane - picking up the phone costs nothing!!! 😡

Peter Lane marketed the house we purchased. They kept in regular contact with us and tried to help with issues with our own house sale when our own estate agents were being as much use as a chocolate teapot. They were always kind, courteous, and understanding about the problems were were having with our buyer's solicitor.
