Great product , good price .

I finally found a bed big enough for my Greyhound to curl up AND stretch out. She loves it. Although I wish the pillow was more stoutly stuffed. When I step on it I step down to the floor. It should be thicker than that for the cost.

Placed an order in late March/early April and it was backordered. Only found that out after contacting Pet Fancy in June after not receiving the order. Was told they would be in stock in July and that I had already been notified. Received 'notification' hours after the convo.

Received the package in early August. Was told that all customers waiting on this product would receive a 10% discount for the wait. Still haven't received that.

I ordered the Clickit Sport and it took a few months to get to me. First my order was backordered for three months and then came in earlier this month. The wait was well worth it. The harness gives me peace of mind and is a secure way to protect my dog.

Several dog sites cited tests on auto dog harnesses. This came out on top.That's why I ordered 2 for my dogs. Now to convince them they want to, or accept wearing them.

I ordered the Sleepypod Pet Bed. PetFancy order processing was fast, and delivery was prompt. Upon receiving the package, the box label did not match my order (the color was not what I thought I ordered). I emailed customer service about it, and within 2 minutes the representative explained to me that they had run out of shipping boxes and assured me that the right colored Sleepypod was delivered to me. Overall, satisfied with the pricing of the product, timing of delivery, and responsiveness of the CSR.

Purchased a Sleepypod for my cat and it arrived much sooner than I expected which was great! Came properly packaged and was exactly what I ordered. I found that they had the best pricing after doing some research and the ordering process was straightforward, making it a simple and pleasant transaction. We had a small rug like this that our 3 dogs always tried to get to before the other. We looked to see if there were any bigger and saw a nice large one. Got it quickly and it's quality. They all are loving it and it looks nice. They are nice to throw in the wash and the back will never peel and make a mess. They are very nice rugs and the company really did a nice job of getting it to us fast. Thank you.

Loved the little jackets that I bought my puppies. Went by your size chart and it was perfect. Received them sooner than the shipping days stated. Great service. I will be buying from you again.
