I ordered a dog bowl as well as a bin for food. These items shipped quickly and arrived in perfect condition. Pet Fancy offers some unique items so I can't wait to shop there again.

Ordering was easy. When I had a question, it was answered in a timely fashion. And the price was great.

After seeing this item used on Facebook I did some research and found that Pet Fancy had the best price. Not only that, but the order was delivered very quickly and ion perfect condition.

When Sophie's harness arrived it was too large, I ordered based on the measuring table. It was an issue because she and I were leaving to go out of town, and I needed to correct size by the following Thursday. So customer service expedited shipping at no charge to me, and sent me the next size down. They also included a return shipping label. Thanks for doing this, her safety is a priority. Also, just a side note, I have two trucks, a 1997 GMC Sierra that I owned since it was new, and a 2014 Yukon. The seat belts in the '97 require an extension, the '14 Yukon has belts that are much longer, so it doesn't need a seat belt extension. Sophie is a larger dog, so requires a longer seat belt than smaller dogs.

The bow tie collar that I ordered for my tiny Pomeranian fit wonderfully. I often have a problem finding items that fit him well. The item is made of quality material and I will definitely recommend this to other dog owners!

This carrier is the perfect size for my little 7 pound Pomeranian. She would not get in any other carrier without a little force, and I did not like that idea, especially if she would be in it for hours on a plane. It is plush and comfortable for her. Along with being just plain attractive. I bought the strawberry red, but wanted the teal, and since it was a limited edition on backorder, we could not take the chance of not getting it in time. The red one is pretty too, and matches my luggage. We also bought the pet pads in case she had a accident, and they fit well.

Waited a few weeks for two sleepypods. Got one only and it was used with a smell of gasoline in it. We called the manufacturer and they said the gasoline smell is not usual. We returned everything. People are nice at the company but the actual product experience was not acceptable.

Took time to find PetFancy after initial contact near Xmas...did not purchase anywhere else. Aiden at Pet Fancy found an item to suit us at a welcome price and it was mailed within the hour. Sample of pet shampoo was a lovely , inviting product. I read through their brochure and found other items I and other pet lovers would welcome also...esp. the heated pad for cold winter time. This is an A-1, five stars company, with personal service and well chosen select products and a desire to make you and your pet content, safe, and well. Without hesitation I will come back to Pet fancy and share them as a resource for friends. The addition of visuals for the products is helpful. The harness is a bit challenging, but, like aerospace and competition auto equipment it takes time to adjust it and THEN its fixed...

The customer service from PetFancy was perfect. However, the harness itself didn't fit, because the opening for the head was just a little too small. I ordered the harness based on the other measurements, but there was no request for a head measurement. I don't think PetFancy is responsible at all for this problem -- it's the company that offered the harness for sale -- Puppia. I would buy from PetFancy again, but probably not an item from Puppia. I received my purchase in a timely manner, and the item was well made. Unfortunately, this car harness didn't suit my situation. I filled out the online form expecting a return # and address to send it to. The response was surprising. They acknowledged my request to make a return, and that I was to wait for approval to make the return...it's been a week, and still no email. I also realize there is a 30 day return policy, and the possibility of a restocking fee. I will never buy from Pet Fancy again. It doesn't need to be this complicated.

Amazing experience. The product I ordered was on back order. Not only did I receive an update (and apologies) from them (and it was only ! week after I'd ordered!), they expedited delivery once it came in (shortly after the email update). MANY companies could learn a LOT from PetFancy! Their service will keep me coming back!

PetFancy gave excellent service. They were easy to contact. I ordered a size that was too large and they immediately sent a replacement at no extra expense. Their price on the item was better than the company's website offered. I would chose them again.

Received item ahead of schedule! Plus, when what I ordered was not available, received prompt e-mail, approved replacement item & still received replacement earlier than expected!!

It's clearly very high quality and arrived much faster than expected.

I had a specific mission before me when I found PetFancy; quality product(s) for my partner pooch. After a thorough search of the web, I noticed that PetFancy carried what I was looking for .. a safety harness for the protection of 'pooch' while in an automobile. Not only did they have an item but they also had taken the time to get the device safety rated to the same standards as we 'humans'. I mean, we're both potential victims in a car wreak, why not test the damn thing! I ordered and have been greatly pleased .. as does pooch after a little adjustment to the device upon her body. While browsing the PetFancy site, I then discovered a bed thar measures exactly to the dimensions of my auto (a Mazda Miata MX5). Now both pooch and I are comfy and safe .. bring on the sun and the top down!!

Bottom line .. you may other similar businesses but I don't of many others, if at all, that have taken the time to sell a quality product at a reasonable price to the level of PetFancy. And, yes, their products were shipped timely and arrived in excellent condition. Who could ask for more!
