I really like the ability to chat live with Baxter while looking at products or placing an order. Prompt service ensure my products were received in time.

It wouldn't be my first choice if there were options. They were back ordered so I knew I'd be waiting but then the delivery date got pushed and I had to wait even longer: probably not their fault, maybe their supplier changed dates on them.
Then they said they had shipped the item and gave me a tracking number, that turned out to be false because I got an email later that said they needed updated billing info before they could ship. I asked how that was possible, hadn't they ALREADY shipped it as stated in the email they sent me?
The answer to that was a bit incomprehensible but then they somehow figured out how to bill me without any action on my part, and did so.
It would have been an improvement if they hadn't told me they'd shipped it when they had not, and had just billed me however they ended up doing so, in the first place.

I have watched this product for months after originally seeing it on a Facebook YouTube link. When I got a pop up ad telling me they now on sale a few places, I googled the product. Pet fancy had by far the best price and best shipping.

Now my little ball playing mini doxie has this for Christmas. I can't wait to play with him using his new toy. He is such a nut about playing ball he has even created his own games, one of which is actually using a small round cat bed as a flinger to throw his own ball across the room. This should be a lot of fun.

The ball launcher was exactly what we needed. My yorkies are loving it! And may I add I was pleasantly surprised to receive my package much earlier than expected. Great merchandise, great service...what more could I ask for? You can bet I'll be back for more :-]

I love the ball shooter, still need to train the dog to trop the ball into the shooter. She is a little afraid of the noise it makes.
The service and response was great,
but the extra ball were advertised two Dollars less if ordered the same time as the devise yet I was charged the regular price.
Not that much more, but it should not have happened.

Unfortunately due to Customs processes my order is still at the American/Canadian border offices so I cannot comment on the actual product. However upon receipt of the harness and trying it out on Blue I will again complete the review. The speed and efficiency of your company is commendable and I appreciate the fulfillment of my order.

I have three mini dacschunds. The first plops the ball in the funnel. The second sticks his head in the funnel and steals the ball. If by chance a ball does launch, the third is waiting down the hall to catch it. The iFetch is "laugh so hard your belly aches" fun :) :) :)

I bought a sleepypod for my Yorkie and this was the only site that has the best price and availability of the color I just wanted: pink! The shipment was so quick and the customer service agents were excellent.

Wonderful service, great experience of purchase, but... petfancy offers a "free gift with purchase", and the gift never arrived.

Love the h2o4k9 bottle which was cheapest on this site but you wouldn't know that from the fast shipping and efficient communication.

I love pet fancy. They have cute collars, fancy beds and even healthy treats! I like the fact that they have unique products that you can't find in a regular pet store. It's like an online doggie boutique!

The item was shipped very quickly and I love it. They had so many great products to choose from as well. Would definitely order from them again.

I ordered the sleepypod harness. The X small fit my terrier mix. When I finally figured it out after watching saveral videos, she stays put and doesn't seem too uncomfortable. She can sit and lie down. However, it takes 6 steps to clip the dog in, and the same to take her out. It is bulky and not really great for use as a walking harness, unless it is just for a short road stop. Regardless of this, I did a lot of research online, and only two harnesses out there passed recent tests conducted by Subaru. This is Sleepypod and the Roady. The Roady is a bit cheaper, but also has some fit and installation issues. Although sleepy pod could used some redesign to make it more user friendly, it seems to be presently the best out there.

I just got this, so my review really won't mean too much yet, but so far I am happy with this litte rbox. It looks very nice. I operate a "Luxury" cat boarding facility, and I like things to look visually appealing for my human customers.
I like the flip top, as it does make it easy to lift the lid and clean.

While no one litter box will ever fit all cats needs and/or litter box habits, this one generally works well.

I do wish it was bigger - as I get many large cats who come here for care, and for some of them, it will be a tight fit, so for some cats that is definitely a turn off, or they could urinate out the open end.

Being that I just got it, and I did put in the cardboard liner to try it, but doubt I would purchase them in the future - I'll have to see.

All in all 4-stars - mostly for the clean sleek look it gives, and easy of open top cleaning!

Transaction was as good as it gets. Website was easy to navigate. Shipping was very fast. I would not hesitate to use this vender again.

I am completely satisfied and impressed with my Sleepypod purchase! The quality of this product is amazing! It is so well made and easy to use, it works just like it's advertised. Plus it's so nice to look at too, and Sophie loves it also. I did what was recommended and let Sophie get used to it for about a week. I replaced one of her normal beds with the Sleepypod. It took a couple of days for her to get used to it but then she got in it just fine.
I was a little nervous how she would do on our first ride in the car. I thought it my make her somewhat anxious. However, I couldn't be more pleased; she rode in it perfectly and seemed so happy in it. In fact she laid down to go to sleep before we arrived at our destination. I cannot say enough good things about the Sleepypod. Buy it!

Placed telephone order due to website coupon difficulties...and my experience was terrific! The person I spoke with took care of the discount and was knowledgeable about the products I was ordering. He shipped my package right out and it arrived the next day! I would shop with PetFancy anytime!

I stumbled onto Pet Fancy via a Google search and I'm delighted I found them. (My pooch shares my enthusiasm.) I don't know who I dealt with the gal who handled my order was most attentive and professional.
My order arrived promptly and there were no surprises. Just what I ordered. (A dog harness.)
