Always have a good experience with these guys

Made an order, never heard from them. They do not pick up the phone. An absolute farce and so frustrating to deal with, avoid at all costs. There are numerous other sites that are a pleasure to deal with.

Ordered in November. Received order confirmation email immediately and PayPal debited. No tracking number provided as yet. Still waiting for product 2 months later. No email response to my enquiries regarding non-delivery, phone does not answer on multiple times that I've tried. Not happy!

Ordered 25 December. It is now 9 January....still waiting. I understand there have been public holidays and everyone wants to blame Covid but an email to acknowledge the one I sent querying non delivery of my order would have been both professional and caring would have helped. Also, contacting by phone which is what they suggested on their invoice is a joke! Rang at 12.30pm Thursday 6 January to hear a recorded message telling me to ring back at 1.00pm. I did so and was put on hold (without managing to speak to anyone) for 10 minutes so hung up. Where was the tracking number so I could at least try to trace it? So disgusted! Wish I had never ordered from them! But will never order from them again!

Firs time ordering yesterday, order went through, but this morning I get an email saying my order was cancelled before fulfillment but then a split second later, I get a dispatch email... So that confused me, then I checked my order and there was a link there for return status and the reason was "postage cost too expensive", Will NOT be ordering from here again, first and last time.

Order was cancelled with no explanation. I then recieved an email saying item was dispatched. I then had to ring and wait on hold to be told it was cancelled.

First time using Petmarket. Will not be using them again. From my experience they do not provide a reliable service.

The delivery person threw my parcel from several metres away onto my porch, damaging the box significantly....first and last time I will order from here

order whiskers dry cat food and got refunded without a reason couldnt fulfil which means what , if its not in stock why is it on site .

I have tried calling several times for product information: no one answers phone and I was on hold for a ridiculous amount of time.

I have been buying Superfood Gravy Joint Support for several months now as a supplement for two rescue Labbies, one 14 the other 15Years and 2 months. I previously tried other supplements but they did not come anywhere near the relief the Superfood has given to the two old boys. The older boy still is able to have a walk every day, can get up and down without assistance whereas he was struggling earlier. I have no hesitation in recommending this product for dogs in their advancing years

Wonderful dealing with Petmarket. Don't know about the delivery yet, but super friendly.

Really great value on my purchase. 5/5 for value. The order was processed quickly. Unfortunately the address on the package was not correctly applied. So I had to go find my local post Office, line up & pick it up myself. Very inconvenient for me. I buy online because I need the convenience of items being delivered to me.
