I want to thank the team for their outstanding customer service. I mistakenly emailed them about returning goods, not realising I had the wrong company (the business names are very similar!). Instead of ignoring my message, they kindly replied to let me know of the mix-up and even pointed me in the right direction. It was such a thoughtful and helpful gesture. It says a lot about the integrity and care of a business when they look after someone who isn't even their customer. Thank you so much!!
