I ordered a camper trailer cover and inadvertently paid twice via paypal without realising the next morning I received a call from Kerry at Klicka to double check if I actually intended to order 2 covers. After confirming only one was needed , Kerry quickly arranged a refund on the 2nd order which was received back in my account that afternoon. Awesome customer service. Also delivery only took 2 days.
Bought a spa/pool cordless vacuum…
Bought a spa/pool cordless vacuum online via BigW marketplace. Did not work out of the box. Charged for 5 hours (as instructed) still does not work. At all. Charge light stays red. Now in lengthy negotiations- had to send a video (in a 3rd party app) of it “not working” then a picture of the charger with its voltage displayed. They then suggested the battery had got wet - I haven’t even used it yet. They asked me to check the battery. When I did open it up, the battery compartment is all held together with sticky tape. Sticky Tape!! Now if that ain’t built in redundancy I don’t know what is. Told them I want a refund. They’re sending me a new battery!! Gunna need more sticky tape for this one!

Terrible. I ordered a pine chest from them and it was delivered with all of the hardware missing making it completely impossible to assemble. After a month of back and fourth emails, and me having to send several follow up emails each time, because I did not hear back, they said I could either get a refund for $58 (the chest cost over 300) or I could organise to send the whole trunk back and they’d replace it. They would not just send me the parts, despite them having another chest in stock. It would be quite a big hassle for me to organise to send the parts I do have back as I live rurally. Do not buy from them
BEWARE - Faulty Products - Horrible Custome Service from Agents to MD!
BEWARE – I purchased a set of adjustable dumbbells from this company, and they arrived faulty. What followed was a nightmare: it took around 15 phone calls just to get a replacement sent.
The replacement set? Also faulty. I’m now in double-digit phone calls trying to secure a refund under Australian Consumer Law.
The so-called “customer care” team repeatedly fobbed me off with false promises (thankfully I’ve recorded them), and when I finally escalated to the MD, Scott Gladstone, he told me to “f off” before hanging up the phone.
I’m now lodging a formal complaint with the ACCC and will be instructing my bank to retrieve the funds obtained through deception.

I purchased a heated towel rack that doesn’t heat the towel.
I purchased a heated towel rack, which arrived a week ago. It heats up but does not in any way, shape or form heat the towel that hangs on it, even after being on there for more than an hour. I have tried until I am blue in the face to tell them it doesn’t do what it described in the add, therefore I should be refunded. They want the item shipped back at my cost, and will refund it MINUS the original shipping cost. This would cost more than the item is worth, and as the product doesn’t do what their ad described, it should go back at their cost, not mine. I keep receiving the same generic email, so far from 3 different people, who say ridiculous things like “ it isn’t meant to dry a towel. “ No, it isn’t, and I don’t know who would think it should do that, but it IS meant to warm the towel which it DOES NOT do. I am being shunted in circles by their poor service, I guess they think if they just keep this up I will get sick of it and go away. Next step- claim through PayPal. I will never deal with them again, faulty product and very poor- actually non-existent- customer service.

A friend mentioned to me that if I try to fix it by myself then I'm probably going to void the warranty. They claim that this is the easiest way to resolve the matter, but it's actually just the cheapest way for them. I am endeavouring to contact the alACCC Regarding this matter. I was looking to buy another product online last week and am actively boycotting using this company again I'd rather pay more and go with a company that will not honour a warranty

DO NOT TRUST this company. I purchased their Sarantino 3-Seater Corner Sofa Bed Storage Chaise Couch Faux Leather Black - online on MyDeal and paid $ 914.50 including shipping. This is a heavy sofa came in two packages. When the product was delivered the driver advised that they deliver products only to the ground floor. I live in an apartment and lifts are available in the building. The driver advised he could only bring the product to the mail box interlock of the building and they do not have insurance to bring the product in the lift. The driver said that I will have to organize myself to take the product to the apartment. The product is extremely heavy and I do not have a suitable trolley to transport the product. This information was not mentioned anywhere on their web site. If this information was available I wouldn't have made this purchase. When I asked for a refund the company advised that they will refund the cost of the product minus shipping cost x 2 as they are required to ship the product back to the warehouse. I made the purchase due to the false advertising of the company. The customer service is so unhelpful and rude. I had to lodge a complaint with Consumer Affairs Victoria and VCAT to get a refund.

Refused delivery to unit door, please be aware of this as your unit door in your invoice and delivery address does not matter to them. Do not waste your time with rude and dishonest companies. Now waiting for a refund which they are unwilling to provide.
Child's birthday gift cancelled without notification
Ordered a gift for my child's birthday and when I went to check the tracking a week or so later it showed the order had been cancelled. I had not received any correspondence from them informing me so I don't know why but assume it is because I live in the NT so delivery is more expensive. It left me scrabbling to order a replacement gift which will hopefully arrive on time.

A little flimsy tbh with sides and back. After an year even the seats now feel hollow. I was just pushing it to one side and wood inside hand rest cracked inside. Overall looks good but quality is not that good.

I was contacted by a klika rep via phone shortly after receiving the item to check everything went smoothly. Cannot fault my experience, will use klika again.
