petsownus.co.uk Reviews

Patrick from petsownus was fantastic. Had a small issue with an item showing in stock but not actually being available. Patrick reached out to confirm timing and offered a refund if that was needed. Timing was critical as we had pet flights booked and needed an airline approved crate. Patrick stayed in close contact and made the process smooth and easy. Would recommend the team at petsownus based on the communication customer service alone!

Easy to order, speedy delivery, best comparable price, proactive follow up. Great product. Would not hesitate to buy again. Thank you.

Really happy with this pet stroller. It’s lightweight, easy to assemble, and very simple to fold away. The detachable carrier is quick to use, which makes vet trips so much easier.
I was a bit self-conscious about using a pram at first, but I genuinely love it now. It works perfectly for my dog and also fits both of my cats when needed. Plus, it looks beautiful — I love the colour.
First time Ivm've ordered from Pets Own Us, their service was excellent. They kept me updated and delivery was very quick.
Highly recommend.

I cannot thank the team at Pets Own Us enough for their incredible support! I was in a real emergency and needed a K9 Sport Sack urgently for my Westie before a planned trip. Their customer service was outstanding, they replied to my inquiries almost instantly and went above and beyond to accommodate my needs.
The quality of the Plus 2 carrier is top-notch and the medium size fits my dog perfectly.
This has been a wonderful shopping experience during a stressful time. If you’re looking for a shop that truly cares about pets and their owners, look no further. Highly recommended!

Great service, easy to contact and fast delivery

I bought two Innopet strollers using the first time 15% discount:) Had no problems at all with ordering and delivery was quick. I would recommend and I personally would order from Petsownus again:)

Ordered a stroller for my dachshund who had a spinal opp. Price £300 elsewhere, got it from here for £221 delivered. Absolutely delighted. Delivered quickly and with no issues.

Really impressed with the customer service and speed of delivery.

Excellent service & prompt delivery.
I forgot to include the rain cover with the stroller I ordered, sent them a quick email, got an immediate response & reassurance that they could add it to my order & only charge me the discount price normally reserved for buying both at the same time. Absolutely lovely people and very quick delivery.

Really helpful, friendly and professional service from the team when we approached them for product information whilst researching the products, they couldn't do enough and provided plenty of further information to help us. Easy to order and the dog buggy turned up a couple of days later.
Excellent product, really pleased with it and the information provided us bypass Own Us proved helpful.
I can thoroughly recommend Pets Own Us and the Innopet Sporty Dog Buggy.

Excellent company, excellent products easy to use website excellent customer service

Absolutely excellent and very fast service. First stroller was sent with no wheels but lots of apologies & immediately replaced, & when I wasn’t happy with my first choice they sent another type for me to try on trust. I couldn’t be more happy with this company & their service. They really go out of their way to make sure they have happy customers. I am so pleased I used this company!

Received new stroller. Unfortunately one of the tyres had a puncture. I need not have worried. When I informed the support team they were on the case immediately and everything was sorted. I would have given a 5 * review if stroller had been delivered with no fault.

I highly recommend it! Beautifully made carrier! Solid material, my dog loves it in it, and best of all, it's light and comfortable for my dog! I recommend it.

Fantastic service - they went out of their way to find us a solution and then in having the package shipped to us. Cannot speak highly enough of them.

What can I say , a fantastic company that has brilliant old fashioned customer care …where they go above and beyond to help you . I purchased the Innopet Monaco buggy as an upgrade from my former buggy but unfortunately there was a manufacters fault with it , which was no fault of Pets Own Us . I contacted them and to be honest was concerned how they would respond. They were absolutely fantastic!! I dealt with Patrick who was so incredibly helpful ,polite and professional. He arranged for the buggy to be collected from my home with no cost to myself , and I decided to replace it with the Innopet avenue and a refund of the difference. I received my new replacement buggy the next day after the other was collected and a couple of days later my refund was received.
I would advise anybody to use this company as they truly are fantastic….thank you Pets Own Us for everything and a special shout out to Patrick for all your help.

Fantastic company to deal with, amazing customer service and although we didn’t end up finding the right coat for our dog, they answered questions, were really helpful and so easy to communicate with to try and get the right size.
Definitely use them again for anything doggo related

Very fast delivery, excellent customer service. Both my girls love the pet stroller. Very easy to assemble and looks great.

The item we ordered was out of stock so free upgrade was sent which was more expensive at no extra cost .
