(IN)SECURE PAYMENT FOR TAGS
I ordered the four tags carefully selecting colours and font.
I got to the paying page and something alerted me that there was no information on the site regarding location of the business.
It is a virtual address only, so no physical location can be accessed.
DO NOT PLACE ORDERS AS THERE IS NO PROTECTION AS THE 'TRADERS' DO NOT HAVE PAYPAL/

This website is a complete and utter scam.
This website deliberately misleads customers into thinking it is onshore when as others have said, it's based in the US. The Australian version has a fake review on the homepage, saying it's "the best dog tag site in Australia." It's deliberately dishonest - simple as that. Surely this sort of thing should be illegal?
I haven't received my dog tag. I've lost my money, I hope this review stops other people from being similarly scammed, and I'll be posting it everywhere I possibly can. The only silver lining here is that I haven't received a $200 bill from customs, as has happened to some other Australian customers. I'd avoid this 'company' even if I was based in the US - they're dishonest. Please save your money and look elsewhere. This is 100% a scam, a waste of your time and money, and no good if you have a pet that could get lost while you're waiting for something that will never arrive, or arrive unfit for purpose.

Terrible service!
Still have not received two tags that I ordered two weeks ago. They false advertise offering an average 5-7 days delivery. I wish I checked the previous reviews before ordering from this website, it appears to be a scam. I asked for a refund as I wouldn’t have ordered from their website if I knew it was going to take OVER A MONTH to receive. When I contacted customer service they only offer to resend another order if I don’t receive it after a whole month. Not happy.
