I found the pricing on the prescription was one of the best out there. Their service was responsive and they provided timely updates.

The shipments arrive on time but it's important to allow time for a Cross country surface shipping. (I'm on the East Coast and they're in California). The orders have been accurate and the prices are very competitive. Customer service is good, unlike some other reviewers, I've had no problems.

This company tried to short me on Apoquel !
I ordered 60 tabs they sent 58 so I called girl was nice said would get back with me !
Then a guy named Wayne called me and said their pill counter was correct but would refund my 2pills .
I said so are you calling me a lier?
He said in a very SARCASTIC way no we will refund your pills !
Number one most human pharmacies don’t even have pill counters. They have to count them by hand and he’s trying to tell me that they have an automatic pill counter that registers a month ago or two weeks ago or a week ago in advance how many pills were dispense to a certain person, I call him a LIAR ! DO NOT ever order from this company. They will scam you on their low prices. This is probably how they make up their low prices .
It also took 9 days for shipping to Florida kinda slow better companies out there ! Bottom line you get what you pay for and this is NOT a good company!

Don’t bother with this online pet med service. After waiting for almost two weeks for my single dose flea medication for my cat, which never arrived, I sent an email to their support which was not responded to by them. Today I called and both the customer service representative and his supervisor made very poor excuses for why I hadn’t received the package yet.
I asked for a refund, and the supervisor said that if I get the package, I have to send it back or I’ll be charged.
I told the supervisor that if my cat were to get sick from a flea or tick bite that his company would not pay the vet bill for it. Basically, the guy stuttered and gave a very poor excuse.
I told them to keep it and that I would never use their services again. Also, I told him that I would write a review so that other pet parents wouldn’t have to go through this.
Petco offers single dose Revolution plus for cats.

PetVM (aka Bandana RX) took my order by phone and instructed me to mail an original prescription by USPS. I followed instructions completely and hand wrote my return address. Now, three weeks later, they deny receiving the prescription and refuse to look for it at their facility. I have not received the letter as returned mail. Customer service is rude and told me it was my fault for not sending it by registered mail. Bandana never suggested that additional tracking was necessary to compensate for their lack of order management. Do not use this company.

There are to many online Pharmacies to be ordering from than to deal with a 2 week wait to receive a a prescription.

Should've read reviews before I ordered. I agree, the prices are good but my order from 6/25 is still pending.

TONS OF DELAY. Delays in "processing your order" but never a delay in charging your card! Delays in shipping, and when you ask about it they say "USPS does not tell you when they have received our packages hee hee!" Which is a lie. Tracking shows the packages sent all over the US and never arrive to the destination. They won't refund your money either! Total scam, please stay away and order your pet's medication from a REPUTABLE SOURCE!

Terrible service. Ordered and pd for dogs meds 12 days ago. Still haven't recieved

Ordered more than two weeks ago and still have not received the product. By tracking, it should arrive in a few more days. However, that is just not acceptable. The reasoning was that I was a first-time customer, and the script had to be approved by the vet. However, PetVM said there was missing information, all easily available on the web where I got it from, and rather than contact me for that, PetVM simply waited for me to contact them. Then, PetVM seemed to have further delayed in contacting the vet. I asked PetVM to send the medication express because they admitted they were at fault, but they lied and sent it by regular mail. I'm not sure PetVM deserve three stars, but since they responded to my complaint quickly, I gave them an extra star. They were also the most price-competitive.

I have ordered from them twice now and paid for expedited shipping beings they are in concord ca and I'm in san jose ca it took a little more time than expected to get prescription verified the first time wich was a 12 month supply I didn't think I would need to verify script again beings I only got 1 months worth but I did. The problem I have is the bravecto usually works great for my dog until I ordered from petvm the last 2 times we have ordered from them it dosnt seem to have any affect on my when taking tje beaverton pill they jave sent. Iam now wondering if that is why the medication is so much cheaper from them cause it is considerably less effective. Or just plain dose not work at all.

5 days after order it was still pending authorization and I need to leave the state in 4 more days. Called today they said something missing from vet, so they just sit on requests with no follow up unless you call them but of course they already charged me before it shipped. Then, I pay extra to ship expedited since they dropped the ball and they won't waive expedited shipping. 3 stars because the woman who helped me did get it fixed and shipped out today, without her it would be 1 star

PetVM is good, but has communications issues when there are issues with an order. It's easy to place orders but if something is wrong with that order it's up to you to realize it. When they couldn't get my vet to send the prescription I wasn't notified, when they don't have your medicine in stock you won't be notified. If you don't mind waiting random amounts of time for your medicine you'll be fine. I have a prescription placed 9 days ago and it still hasn't shipped because they are waiting for a very common drug (Furosemide), they have some quantity but refuse to ship the partial quantity and then the remainder (they will ship the partial and cancel the rest). If your pet relies on something I wouldn't use PetVM; I've placed my last order with them.

I'm revising my review slightly. They did have the Furosemide in stock but relayed the information in a confusing manor (my prescription didn't have enough left on it to fill the order). I now understand what they were trying to communicate and made suggestions as to where the confusion arose, so hopefully they will make improvements going forward for clarity with the customer. They did end up making this right which I do appreciate and I will soften my score and look forward to increasing it again as they continue to earn my trust.

I had an excellent experience with customer service, quick shipping, reminders of subscriptions, and great prices. I used Pet VM for 6 months while my dog needed medication, and this company made the process so easy. Highly recommend.

Easy ordering and check out process with reasonable prices compared to other companies. Shipped at the estimated time after vet approval and arrived within two weeks. Zero issues with the entire process.

Bandana Rx, formerly Petvm, offers the lowest prices I've seen for flea and tick meds. The good, here, is that we got a great product at an amazing price.

We went thru some issues between the vet and the company, as far as getting the script to them. None of that appeared to be the company's fault. The regulations are fairly new and kinks are still getting worked out. A vet must approve the script directly with the provider, or a paper script must be physically mailed. This must be done yearly, now. It is the same with all the retailers, now, from what I've seen.

Where the company stumbled was with one of their customer service reps ("Carly"), who has a personality and mentality much better suited for a compliance dept, vice principal, or concentration camp guard. Rather than seeing herself in a customer service position, she appears to think that she's in rule-enforcement and seemed to go out of her way to cancel us. She actually hung up on my daughter i/l....twice.

I ended up on the phone with the company owner and he was lovely. We sorted out the communication issues (we made some mistakes, too) and we got our order quickly.

I hope that they monitor their reviews. I have over 30 years experience in an office job where customer service was paramount. "Carly" is the type of employee who probably shows up on time, is smart, and works hard. But her behavior is toxic. No one wants to lose a competent employee; she simply shouldn't be anywhere near customers, that's all.

For a company to keep prices down, like they do, I'm sure they are working very hard with a tight budget. Very few jobs are pleasant these days and the general public seems to have more rage every day. I understand it's hard. However, an employee that behaves that way will bring down everyone in h/h vicinity. Stick her in compliance review, don't ever put her in charge of a human soul (people's spirits are fragile and should be handled with care) and watch your reviews improve, because she's dragging you down.

"Carly," kindness and good manners are free. They cost you nothing. People on the other end of the line might be going through some horrible things. That is the case with me. Being too rigid will not reward you in the long-run. My motto at work was to treat everybody like my grandmother. If you do that, not only will you have more peace in your life, but you will be doing a better job for your company. I sincerely wish you the best.

This company lies does not tell the truth purposely misleads and deceives people placed an order on Monday morning being told that it would have a 24 hour tour and would arrive by Wednesday then I get tracking saying it will not show up until Friday we shall see I told my dogs I declined because they will be paying the medical expenses they purposely didn't give me important information after a 20 minute conversation about how important it was to get it by Wednesday if you don't fire dogs or cats order them otherwise don't

I'm still waiting on a package that should've been delivered on Jan.12th then it went to the 13th,then to the 16th then the17th.Each time I call customer service I'm informed that it's out for delivery.still waiting.Never again will I order from this company.

I have been purchasing from this company for 2 years now. Great service from pharmacy to shipping.
I found them to be the lowest price for my dogs medicine. Very pleased with their service. Customer service is friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

sent me bad medicine, dog got fleas, been on medicine all his life before. rude, unfriendly, cold customer services. asked for manager to call me never did, only generic emails, told me to return unused product which I did for refund, then they said no refund I wrote date on box. why would this matter not legally to resale medicine. I asked why did you ask me to mail the product back which I had to pay for , they mailed back to me product was crushed by them, as the box they returned it in was undamaged so means it was purposed damaged before it entered the box pet vm or bandana rx what ever they call them selves do no use
