Never used Pet VM before. I placed an order with them and with in less that 5 days received the order. Best service and has the lowest prices on products. Will be ordering again in future.

I ordered Bravecto 44-88. They called my vet, got the prescription and sent it to me. They also enclosed a bag of treats. My dog loves these treats I will definitely be ordering from them again. Good job.

Ordered nexgard for our Jaxon 4 days ago and we live in Taxachusetts and Pet VM is from California. I administered his treatment this afternoon. Top shelf service. Impressive.

All was well until I stopped the monthly autoship for an expensive medication. I did so because my vet took my dog off it. When the vet decided to put him back on it, I simply restarted the autoship. I was then notified that multiple shipments had been shipped at the same time. When I tried to contact the company to find out what was going on, I was connected to a call center in Asia. Neither person I spoke with could speak understandable English, and the issue was never corrected. There was no way to speak with someone in the U.S, where the company is presumably based. Absolutely ridiculous. I would never do business with this circus again.

I read many other reviews and was apprehensive. I love these guys. Faster than I get my online prescriptions. I saved $60.00 on the heartworm/flea/tick prevention I got. I love them and will certainly use again and again.

Slowest processing and shipping I have ever run into with online pet pharmacies. I will not use them again and do not recommend them.

Did a subscription order with them they sent the meds to my po box which is my billing in another city. Both my mailing address and my billing are in my profile, when I reached out to them about the issue their reply was simply to justify why they were right for sending it to my billing and not my mailing address. Nothing more. They could have simply stated an apology for the error and how it could be rectified, but no, the rep wrote a full explanation on how I was basically wrong. I cancelled my subscription with them, if this is going to be my customer experience with them in the future, I rather find another company to handle my dogs' meds.

DO NOT ORDER AND USE NEXT DAY SHIPPING. They will not issue refunds when you pay high prices for next day air (despite the carrier being willing to issue a refund they will not do the work for their customers) The next day shipping is a waste of money. Only order from them if you have time to wait for your order.

I was hesitant to place an order after reading a lot of reviews, but the low price hooked me. My order was placed on Saturday morning, processed the following Monday, shipped Tuesday, and received Thursday. I have no complaints whatsoever. I will absolutely order again.

first order --- Boston with Cushions, needed meds for her. Found this and talked with Vet. Had the best prices -- ordered and Vet gave Rx to them. Updated shipment for 2 day. Med never got here, checked tracking even with my PO and it shows to be in Oakland. Called Co. and did not get any satisfactory customer service. refused to give refund, stated they had to have prior approval from mgmt. to resend order and did not know what would happen if other order came in. Do not recommend this and above all after talking with Vet., she will not recommend this facility for pet medications.

I have been using Pet VM for a while now and find them to be professional, efficient and caring. I use their free delivery through USPS and am always shocked how quickly my order arrives. I use them mostly for Apoquel for my dog and they are the best price for this medication that I have found.

Had my dog with skin issues on Apoquel from my vet and it did a great job. Ordered same dosage from this company and he is breaking out all over again. I'm thinking of doing a lab analysis of pills I received because I'm wondering if I got scammed. Beware!!

I have used Pet VM to buy heart worm medication for two of my dogs. I received it in a quick timely manner. I have a dog that now takes Apoquel and have had no issues getting her meds. I’ve ordered them 4 times from this site and always receive the meds within a week. I’m not sure why so many people gave a bad review. I never had any problem with them being able to get the prescription from our vet.

I placed my order for $100 of flea medication on June 12th. It's now June 23rd and my order still isn't here. I had to play middleman in getting my prescription approved by my vet. Pet VM claimed they tried to get a hold of my vet multiple times with no response. I've been with my vet for 10 years now and not once have they failed to answer the phone during business hours, every voicemail has been replied to as well as every email. Very well-run establishment. I had to give my vet the phone number for this company so they could call them and confirm my order 4 days after placing it because they had never heard of this company and hadn't received anything from them. Pet VM didn't get around to processing my order until Tuesday of this week, over a week after placing my order. I got expedited shipping comped because this company is such a mess and my order didn't ship out until yesterday, 10 days after placing my order. They blamed my vet repeatedly for the delay and had zero accountability on their part. Their customer service is very rude and kept talking over me very condescendingly, telling me this was all my vet's fault, to the point where I lost my patience with the rep and had to call back and get a new one. Trust me, stick with Chewy. The extra $20 you'll pay for medications are worth not having to deal with these people and this joke of a company

The ordered item came 12 days later. The problem with this company is that they use USPS to ship orders. You cannot expect reliable delivery with USPS.

Overall, excellent experience. They had the lowest price online for the flea treatment our cats needed. After order was placed they called me the next day to discuss the status of the order. That never happens! I also ordered a second item that was not high priority and was not immediately available so they sent the flea treatment then sent a second package with the other item a couple days later but did not charge me more postage. I found customer service, the two or three times that I spoke with them, to be helpful and efficient. I'm a new customer but right now I can highly recommend this online pet pharmacy.

It is going on 4 days and not one person has called me to let me know about my dogs medication not being filled. So two days after ordering I get an e-mail saying they have not heard from my vet, however my vet said they did send the prescription in. My vet treats my dog and has never not sent in a prescription as they know its a life dependent medicine. So now its the weekend and my dogs medication has not even been mailed out! If you say you cannot get ahold of a vet for this type of medication thats $200 by the way call me. Makes me think you were lazy and didn’t call the vet if you are too lazy to call me! Very disappointed in this pharmacy, I will purchase elsewhere!

Excellent Customer Service. I had some confusion about a prescription refill and the PetVM staff reached out to me quickly and even called me to clarify some issues to ensure I could get the medicine for my pet quickly. Way to go CS Team!

The recording cites Covid as the reason they can't be reached by phone. I needed to change my order and did so by email. They emailed back and said I needed to call. I called. Several times, I called. NO response ever by phone. In the meantime, they have the original prescriptions (required) and I can't get my pet meds elsewhere now.
