No refund for bad quality glasses
I ordered glasses from this website and i was supposed to recieve 2. I recieved 1 pair and it was very low quality, even the gold plate on the frame is so cheap that its bubbling. Naturally i asked for a refund and to return the item that i recieved. After the courier picked up the glasses, they sent me an email that they DO NOT give refunds because the glasses are on sale. The website runs on constant sales so that THEY CAN AVOID REFUNDS. The alternative was for them to send me more low quality glasses, even when you recieve the package its not even from phantom glasses, its from another address which we all know where low quality stuff comes from. Apparently they sold 200k+ glasses but refuse to give a 50$ refund, which says alot about the company. Emails being ignored after i asked for a refund again, this 50$ means alot to them and they would rather tarnish thier reputation and keep the change.

You mention that you were supposed to receive two pairs of sunglasses. Our Buy 1 Get 1 Free promotion requires customers to add two pairs to their cart in order to receive both items. Only one pair was added to your order, which is why one pair was shipped. The second pair is not automatically selected or added, as customers are able to choose which two styles they would like to receive. This is clearly stated in the promotion.
Regarding the quality concern, we take genuine manufacturing defects seriously. This is also why we offered to provide replacement sunglasses when you contacted us.
Your statement that we run sales “so that THEY CAN AVOID REFUNDS” is an assumption about our intentions and does not reflect how our promotions are operated. Our sale conditions are communicated through our store policies, and where applicable, statutory consumer rights are not overridden by promotional terms.
We also did not simply refuse to assist you. An alternative solution was offered to resolve the issue with the product.
We fully respect your right to be dissatisfied with the sunglasses and to share your experience. However, we believe it is equally important that the circumstances of the order are represented accurately, including that only one pair was selected when the order was placed and that we subsequently offered a solution when you contacted us.
