They don't care about the health of their clients, after a huge delay my medicine is in the wrong dosage, this is impacting even my financial life.
Don't give your money to them!
Game changer!
I use a private practice for menopausal treatment. Historically a repeat prescription came by post and I had to trawl local chemists who did not always have the stock.
That process could take up to 1-2 weeks. I work long hours so it's not convenient to do this either.
This company issued the entire length of medication and delivered within 48 hours of my contact with my practitioner , simple payment by a link. I am outside of London.
It was a breath of fresh air and a brilliant service. Thanks!!!!

I use Pharmacierge regularly to fulfill a repeat prescription from my doctor. I am always very pleased with the speed and service.
Inconvenient and frustrating
I’m currently being seen by a private clinic that has partnered up with the NHS to provide treatment via the Right to Choose pathway. Unfortunately, this private clinic uses Pharmacierge to send out prescriptions during my titration process. Even though the costs are covered by the NHS I still regularly get private payment links sent to me by Pharmacierge. They seem to have no system of saving information about a patient that could help them avoid this. This also shows in the fact that they ask me for my delivery address every time I get a new prescription. Sure, people can move houses and it’s good to check if their address is up to date, but this happens every month. It’s so inconvenient and I cannot wait to be able to use my regular pharmacy to pick up these prescriptions in future.
Awful
Awful! I saw the doctor about a week ago & they contacted me today! They charged me £28 for Avamys when it’s £12 in my local pharmacy!!
Awful company
Awful company. NHS work more efficiently. They failed twice to follow up and send me medicine. Then the courier did not even bother to knock on the door, called whilst I was on a call and left. When I called him within 180 seconds of him calling me he did not answer. DO not use them.
Apparently it's terribly inconvenient that I don't live in London ...
I've had to use this pharmacy because it is the go-to one for the practice I've been under since last summer. They were just about adequate to start with, but have been highly unsatisfactory the past couple of months. The boilerplate emails are unclear and also contradictory as to whether the medication has been sent out or not.
If you phone up and someone actually answers the phone, they plead ignorance or blame other organisations, even when you point out that their claims don't add up. Emails, if answered, are of very little help when it comes to answering direct questions and clarifying what is happening.
There is zero empathy with people with health issues who need the medication in a timely fashion. It is medication that's available and not hard to get hold of because of shortages.
The final straw was being told this week that it would be different if I lived in London (despite the fact that I am paying the same high prices for a sub-standard service) and then receiving emails during the day from the courier to say the medication was on the way - followed late afternoon by one from Pharmacierge saying that in fact it's not on the way and they're rearranging the delivery, but they can't tell me exactly why, or when it's being dispatched.
It should not take over a week from receipt of prescription and using supposedly next-day delivery to get medication to a patient.
I shall be delighted not to have to use them any more when I change practices.
Updated on April 25 2023. Following the above review, I have been contacted by the pharmacy by both email and telephone. They say they are now rewriting all their email templates to ensure clarity about delivery. I cannot say if this has made a difference, as I haven't needed a prescription since the original review. But I have revised my stars from one to two as it's positive that they have engaged with the issues I raised.

Expensive, Late and Rude Middle-Men
The deliveries are almost always late, taking upto two weeks sometimes even for medication that you cannot suddenly stop. They are rude on the phone, always demanding you pay more and more for delivery because they don't yet have all your medication but only want to send all the medication as one whole. They show no sympathy if it is essential medication.
I.e medication that gives you withdrawals or can kill you if you have to wait too long to get it. Their whole buissnes model is to get a prescription, order the medicine themselves from a supplier and then slap a huge fee on the medication. Avoid this company they are very expensive and inefficient middle-men. Online pharmacy is a great idea but not from this company.
Absolutely awful
Absolutely awful. Took my money and still haven't given me my medicine nearly a week later. And now they're claiming it'll take another 3 weeks. On top of this I never get through when phoning despite waiting hours and they never reply to emails.
Absolutely appalling pharmacy
Absolutely appalling pharmacy. Never answers emails or phone calls and as for their pricing is absolutely disgusting. They wanted to charge me £132.65 for 3 medications for one month where as my local pharmacy was £52.25. how can they charge 2.5 times as much as my local is total disgusting. It took my consultant to ring them and complain about the pricing to get anywhere.
If you can do not get meds from these people. I've waited 6 days and still no meds! Absolutely appalling
Totally unreliable delivery
Despite receiving a confirmation before 10 am Friday that the order was paid for, they did not bother delivering the essential medication. They say same day delivery to London postcodes. Phone number does not work, no replies to emails. Absolutely appalling lack of service. It's now Saturday and I won't get my medication until next week I assume. Don't even have the prescription to get it myself as was sent direct to pharmacy by GP. Avoid at all costs. Also be aware that HCA uses them as the pharmacy for deliveries so check before booking a virtual appointment with HCA.
1 star generous
These guys are awful. Can take weeks to deliver prescription. Sometimes the (controlled) medication is left outside. They don't communicate price changes. They also cant address any complaints although they do say they don't aim to provide that poor service. It is unfortunate, however, that they do. Each and every time.
Slow, can’t deal with emergency prescriptions. Don’t own up to their mistakes.
They waited a week after I had paid with the payment link to let me know that they needed clarification on my prescription from my doctor. (Bear in mind they were fully aware of the urgency of my situation and knew my prescription needed to be renewed ASAP so I wouldn’t run out.) I called them to check in they said as long as my doctor contacted them via email and clarified something to do with her ID number (?), they wouldn’t need a new physical script. I specifically asked the question as my prescription is a restricted substance, I know how tight the rules can be.
I relay this to the doctor who then tells me the next day that they have told her that they legally require a new physical script. So what is it? Why would they tell me they didn’t need this if they did ?
All in all, I noticed it all felt like a blame game. It’s the doctor’s fault
on Pharmacierge end and according to the doctor there’s miscommunication on the Pharmacierge end.
Anyway, she just sent the new script today (I’ve been out for a day now). and all I get is the usual excuses about Royal Mail strikes etc.. which means I won’t be able to get my prescription before next week. I’ll be between 3-5 days without by then if nothing else happens. Maybe more if something else comes up and they let it sit instead of flagging it straight away.
If they could simply check the prescriptions in due time before even taking payments, these kind of situations wouldn’t be happening.
My boyfriend has had very similar issues with them. He once was out of his own prescription for more than a week. There were no strikes that week despite them saying there were… we checked.
If there are internal issues, there is no need to put the blame on the postal service. This is not kindergarten. Own up to your mistakes.
Please, if you care about your health and you have a choice in pharmacy, don’t use them.
Delays and poor communication
I paid for my medication on 06/10/22. It is now the 14th and I only have an 8 day supply left. I called up and was informed that there is a supplier issue and that they may or may not receive a delivery this afternoon - they will let me know. Otherwise they can’t guarantee when my medication would be delivered. The only practical solution I was offered was to get another prescription from my doctor which would cost me 75 pounds plus I imagine the costs of the new medication.
Pharmacierge did contact me again anout 5 minutes to say they’d just received a delivery of my medication and it would be delivered to me tomorrow.
I queried when the supplier issues began and what the contingency plan to support patients without medication was, and was informed that the supplier issues began a week or so ago. Upon reading trustpilot reviews customers have left reviews of a similar nature to mine dating back to early august, and the 1-2 star reviews outweigh the 3-5 star reviews.
Upon asking about the contingency plan to address the shortages and the impact on patients I was advised of the company’s plans for supply chain and ordering, but not how they plan to support customers who will run out of medication.
I have no choice at the moment but to use this service as thays where my doctor sends the script, but if you have a choice try elsewhere!

Yet another bad experience with this pharmacy. Paid a couple of weeks ago, heard nothing despite promises of next day delivery.
First class customer care
First class customer care. Had to put an emergency prescription in today due to an oversight on my part.
Angie the customer care representative dealt with my issue quickly, professionally and with kind understanding. Angie is a credit to your 5 star online pharmacy.
I don’t understand the bad ratings
I don’t understand the bad ratings. I always get my urgent medication delivered from pharmacierge very promptly on time. I have been getting my meds from them the past year and they are very reliable!
Hopeless customer service
Interminible delays in getting hold of anyone on the phone. Recordings talk about their experiencing difficulties, but this has been going on for months. No proactive strategy on handling repeats. There has to be a better companyout there.
