Paid two weeks ago, ignored my email chasing the prescription. Still nothing delivered.

I needed an emergency appointment with a general psychiatrist due a serious anxiety crises, I paid for my medication on Tuesday 19/07, urgent medication and until now I have not received. I call them this morning to claim about, they apologize and told me that is was going to be delivered today, couple of hours later I received a message saying that it was scheduled to be delivered on Monday!!! Called again and they told me they are going to change delivery for tomorrow but not confirmed so far. During this period I went through 2 other strong crises that could be avoided with the medication. It is my first experience with them and it has been a disaster, definitely on my return with the Doctor I'll will tell him that I do not want an online prescription with them.

I've revised this review, as it seems part of the issue was down to the clinician. However, the initial experience with Pharmacierge was poor – they have since contacted me and apologised for their part in the delay, and my second prescription has been shipped within 24hr of them receiving the prescription.

The first one was being diagnosed with a condition and waiting four days for confirmation of prescription, six days (but after cutoff for alleged posting) for payment instruction (paid) and now we're at 11 days since being told I need the medication and no shipment confirmation, let alone "the things a medical professional has told me I need to deal with a condition".

No progress tracking links, no comms to explain delays, just impersonal email and payment demands, made it hard to know what was going on.

After this review went up, but without me contacting them otherwise, they called to apologise for the delay and offer compensation for the slow service. That suggests that if you have a problem it probably is worth reaching out to them rather than just accepting or just wondering what's going on.

But that's not why the rating has gone up - the rating's gone up because for my second prescription, the links for payment were sent as soon as they had it, and as soon as payment was received the delivery date was the next day. This is the service I was expecting from them, and if it continues, I'll be perfectly happy with them as a provider.

2 weeks now and still waiting.Have paid and asked for an idea on delivery but no communication.Very poor service and still blaming the pandemic for their ineptitude.

They have been holding on to my prescription for 5 days. I contacted them by phone on the second day and they promised to send through a payment link but I’m still waiting 5 days later. I tried calling them this morning but after listening to their automated message for a few minutes, I was told that I was caller number 22 in the queue and hung up. What an unbelievable waste of time. My local pharmacy would have prepared the prescription in a day. What is the point of this service?

My doctor told me about the new prescription provider that delivers at worst next day in london. But delivery took over 24 hrs which is completely unnecessary when i could've just got a physical prescription and walked to the pharmacy to collect. I ended up requesting to collect the prescription from the depot myself. Im not sure if the business model is meant to be disruptive but as far as i can tell its just disrupts your day. A waste of time.

I am required to use them by my treatment provider. They are very pricey but deliver on very good time after payment.
