I would not hesitate to recommend this company for the fantastic service throughout the buying process not to mention the cheapest prices available anywhere.

I obtained a prescription from my Doctor. I forwarded the prescription with my order to you.You said "it was not received". Now what do I do? I paid £24 for your on line prescription. ... good business mmmmmmmmmmmmm

I have used ParmacyDirectGB on three occasions now, and always found them to be reliable. Ordering from the Internet wasn't something I decided to do lightly, but they have proved themselves to worth the trust I placed in them.

The website is very amateurish - I was unable to order more than one of my selected product by clciking on the "Quantity" button, but had to keep returning to my shopping basket and re-ordering. It automatically selects the most expensive shipping option, which needs to be watched.
The repeat prescription is a method of increasing their turnover - even when you have ordered before, and nothing has changed in your medical circumstances, you need to pay £24 upfront for avery cursory online questionnaire. It would be more honest to add this as a surcharge, and use existing prescriptions.

quick and easy process, they made it very straight forward didn't have to jump through hoops unlike some other company's i could mention. product was delivered the next day. i will definitely be using this company again.

One of my friends recommended this site to me recently stating they had used it in the past and got a decent level of service. With that said i thought id give it a go myself after not having much luck anywhere else online. After navigating to their site i was at the product i wanted within minutes with the clear categories down the left you cannot go wrong. I placed my order which was equally as simple and i awaited delivery. Going by my previous online attempts i was expecting at least a 5 day wait,to my surprise it was much sooner. delighted with every step of the service, will use again!!!

i was really pleased with the website it is really easy to navigate and undertand compared to other websites that i have used previously.. The service provided was excellent with great customer service help when i called in, no waiting time over the phone spoke to a really nice friendly member of staff who helped immensly.

Just perfection

I have used Pharmacy DirectGB for a few years now and have always been delighted with the reliability of the next day service and the facility they offer to buy embarrassing prescription medications over the internet from a regulated UK pharmacy. My only reservation is that some of the so-called "UK Sourced" medications are sometimes sourced from UK companies which buy pharmaceuticals on the grey market in continental Europe - it's always obvious because of the main language on the original packaging e.g. Polish and the stick on labels from the intermediate company e.g. CD Pharma Ltd which state their involvement. The prices charged ought to be high enough to cover sourcing from mainstream UK sources. We could all pay a lot less and take a gamble on some dubious overseas pharmacy but that's not what we're paying for.
