1st time buying a refurbished phone. Glad to say I’ll never be buying new again! I’ve got 3 kids to shop for at Christmas time and knowing I can get reliable phones for half the price is amazing value for money!

I’m not one to usually leave reviews but I was genuinely impressed with the quality and service. I ordered my phone on 9th December and paid £7.99 for the express delivery option. Received my phone the next day and it came with a screen protector fitted as well as a charger. Cost me a fraction of buying new and my daughter will be over the moon!! Thank you x

the site was easy to navigate, prices were clear. the delivery was incredibly fast, and the phone itself i chose the good condition option and the phone looks brand new, turns on fine and came with a charger, it's been worth every penny. this will make a teenager very happy this christmas, i'v already recommended this site to some friend and will be a returning customer. Brought two phones from them. Both iPhone 8 Plus for my sisters. One was upgraded to the limited edition red and both with 100% battery. Not only that the guys came to my house and even fitted new screen protectors and showed me the phone and let me test it out. 100% would recommend anyone to use them.

Sent me two phones never stated on the website they weren’t original apple batteries in the phones and the screens aren’t original apple screens either, requested to return these they did not provide return label so paid Royal Mail first class, how ever they now state they’ve not received them and won’t be refunding me, *court case pending.

It’s fine we will see you in small claims court our claim is in the process ;)

Just picked up my new phone from their store. The young man who served me was very helpful and even put on the screen protector for me. I even traded in my old phone with their other company so I only had to contribute a small amount to my new phone. Overall superb service. Hope to use again in the future.
