Good all round service
Good selection of frames to choose from, competitively priced. Ordered next day delivery and frame arrived next day. Online ordering process was easy. Would recommend and use again.

Thought it would be better value for money
I liked how easy it was on the website to find the correct size and mount needed. However when the actual frame came I thought it would be more sturdy and higher quality as it was coming from a specialised frame shop.

Thank you for your feedback — we’re glad you found it easy to choose the right size and mount on our website. All of our frames are handmade in our UK workshop using real wood. We use Perspex instead of glass (as mentioned in the listing) to keep the frame lightweight, safe to ship, and easy to hang — so while it may not feel as heavy or sturdy as glass, it is still very durable. The mount is acid-free with a precision machine-cut bevelled finish, giving a professional, long-lasting result. We carefully select all materials to ensure both quality and longevity.

Frame was exactly as described and was dispatched quickly.

I ordered a photo frame for a canvas I had made for my granddaughter. When the frame arrived it was the wrong size so I contacted Tamara and she had a new frame sent out next day, The new frame fits perfectly so a big thanks to all for their excellent customer service.

Good range of sizes . Delivery was good, well packed. The frame I bought was for a 3 photo, 8x8 inch format. This company was the only one I could find which did a good range of different photo sizes. I was very happy with the end result after I mounted my photos

Item never arrived
Item said ‘Return to Sender’ so acknowledge it never arrived. Because it is lost and we didn’t notify within 14 days we get nothing. Terrible customer service. Evri lost it so we pay for nothing

I want to clarify that we haven’t ignored the situation — I’ve contacted the courier to try to find out what has happened to the parcel. While the tracking states “Return to Sender,” it may have been delivered to a neighbour or held at a local depot — we simply don’t know yet, and we need confirmation before we can issue a replacement.
Had this been raised within our 14-day reporting window (rather than 6 weeks after the expected delivery), we would have had more options available and a much better chance of resolving it quickly.
As a small business, we do our best to help wherever possible, but we rely on timely communication from customers and the cooperation of the courier to put things right. If the parcel is found or returned to us, we’ll let you know immediately.
