The item was not received when promised by website and found much cheaper (Amazon) afterwards. When I reached out to their customer service, I was advised of some additional processing time they needed "Generally speaking..." of course.

I needed to track my purchase but couldn’t find the tracking number. I contacted Sally from Photomoonlamp with my question and she replied to my inquiry promptly and politely and my question was answered in no time. I am very grateful for her help.

I bought it for my mother in law, she absolutely loves it as i got to put a photo of her mum and dad that have sadly passed on there, with a note for her. We all love it and it’s a great present, well worth it especially for the price

Ordered a lamp from this company before Christmas, when it finally come it was smashed to bits , I then emailed them to say it’s smashed and I need a replacement.
I get a email back saying do I still have the outer, outer box it can in that I pulled apart to open , to then get out the original box it came in .
By the time they replied, which by the way is when they seem to be bothered the outer packaging was in bin , since then nearly 1 month I have had nothing no replacement, no refund, even know I have sent pics of box pics of smashed lamp .
Pls be warned stay well away from this unprofessional rubbish company

I was pleased with the service from this company. My product was however delayed and didn’t arrive in time for Christmas, even though it was supposed to but an apology was made by Sienna which I appreciated.

Great detail and attention to image. Downsize was it was much smaller then expected but still an amazing Christmas present for my bestfriend of their favourite photo of their wedding day

Order a personalised light and recieved it very quickly. There was a minor error on my order and after sending a simply email expressing my concern, it was immediately responded to, and a replacement sent without any issues. Their after-care service is 110%. I would definately order again. Very happy with my purchase. Skye has been extremely accommodating and helpful.

My husband ordered a photo mirror for my valentines gift. I used a wedding photo, it said it would be delivered by 2/22. When ordering the item it said look for a confirmation email, never got that. I tried to set a account up when ordering my item wouldn't let me do it. But, when I put in my email my item and purchased comes right up. I had to email the company to find out what the delay was, no phone number no live human. I guess you won't get a live person because they are based out of CHINA!! So my email told them that I never got my confirmation email and where is my item?? They responded with it is late because they had a issue with the first item they made. I gave it some grace and thought cool, they are taking time to get it right as I had been skeptical about it from the beginning. I finally received our mirror and it is NOT UP TO CUSTOMERS STANDARDS!! The sketch on the mirror is a black blob that makes us look like ghosts. If I can upload a photo I will. They claim this was that redo one and they tried to assure me this was the best they could do, I showed them some of their own work and asked why my item can't look like this. Going back and forth through email is ridiculous and you get no where!! And then when you ask for a full refund they tell you the best they can do is a partial refund. I am not happy with this item!! They tried redoing it with a whole different photo. Still worse then before. The merchandise they show is not the same quality you receive. My mirror that I paid almost 60.00 for that changes colors is a flat floppy looks like a license plate. I can hold it in one hand and wave it like a fan!! Very flimsy and absolutely NOT WORTH THE MONEY!!! This place is a joke. Don't waist your time or patience with this China based company.

I was so excited to get my mirror when it came it didn’t take long to get it in the mail opened it up. It was cracked and spelled, wrong, and smaller than what I thought it was gonna Be… and on top of that not even real glass plexiglass what so I emailed the company three times still no reply. I am pissed. You will not get another penny from me again I am pissed from all that I seen on Facebook, TikTok, and stuff. I love that mirror I thought I was Finna put this in my bedroom and just light my bedroomUP!!! I was so pissed, you get a big fat zero from me … this is not how you do business not reply to your customers not give them up just not say anything you would not get another dime for me and not from Cincinnati Ohio

I would have selected that. I ordered a lamp on December 4th for my anniversary on December 18th. It's now January 22nd and I still haven't gotten anything but empty promises.
I'm over it.
If you decide to do business with these people, be sure to pay attention at the checkout because there is a shipping insurance charge and a "VIP" charge that is automatically checked for you. You will have to uncheck those boxes in order to not be charged for that nonsense.
