I bought this to try as it says hypoallergenic. Here's what's wrong
- bad customer service. took them over a month to get back to me on a problem by then warranty for refund lapse
- Organic Wear Purifying Cleansing Stick was broken. Their replacement was broken too.
- I tried the Organic Wear Purifying Cleansing Stick out of curiousity and it did nothing. Didn't wash my face
- Mineral Wear® Diamond Lip Oil felt like cheap lip gloss. In fact, I'm allergic to it. So bad that I've had to go back to my French brand
- Mineral Wear® Diamond Dust | Luminous Corrector did nothing. It was just shiny
- Mineral Wear® Diamond Perfector™ Color-Correcting Primer was rubbish too. It felt like regular gooey liquid and did nothing. Didn't feel like a primer

Their products overall made my skin feel worse. Worse of all the customer service. None of those products are worth the money.

I am a customer of physicians formula. I have always loved your products but lately I find that the physicians formula powder does not hold up I seem to get cracks in the powder and it’s very hard to use now. I was wondering if other clients have had the same problem, please let me know thank you

No customer service. No return phone calls or emails. Suspicious business.

Received a palette of which 2 out of the 6 highlighters/blushes were broken. Called customer service and to my surprise they picked up after I e-mailed them without any response or confirmation. The lady on the phone told me to take a photo of the palette and send it to their e-mail, through which I could get a refund or a new palette. When I asked what their e-mail was, the lady said: "I'll check for you, hold on." So she puts me on wait for 5 minutes and then the call abruptly ended from their side?! I called 5(!) times after that to no avail. Products might be nice, but you're basically screwed if you need some sort of help at all. Unfortunately they didn't sell this palette at the drugstores near my place, otherwise I would have never ordered it online because of the horrible ratings on the service.

This is the worst make up product I have ever gotten from this company. Makes skin look caked and just BAD. The concept is great but their execution of the product MAKES NO SENSE. FOR 17 BUCKS PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY!

I love these products, with using natural & Vegan ingredients only, is very much a plus.

I use murumuru butter bronzer. Love how it smells, love how it applys on, great pigment, amazing natural finish. Great for doing a natural quick look when you don't feel like contouring.

I like the Bronze Booster 24k Gold Medium. This shade is just perfect for my fair skin and it smells really nice. I will purchase again.

First time purchasing through their website because of their Black Friday sale. I was expecting 8 items to be delivered, but only received three (two of the items were a free gift). I sent an email, no response, and called customer care 15x (no answer). The good news is that I used PayPal to check out, and was able to make a claim and get a refund!

I generally like Physicians’ Formula products. I’m rating my physiciansformula.com online buying experience...which has been disappointing.

Two months later, one lost shipment, the 2nd never delivered, and I’m still waiting for a refund.
