I cannot recommend Zak enough at Phyzio Fit, I was diagnosed with a L5 S1 disc buldge. Zak was recommended by my brother who is a doctor and I’m glad he did, from the detailed initial consultation to the excercises and repair plan that was put in place with the cupping and massage side of things. I feel with the rehab program I have been brought back to my usual self pretty much with sessions to follow. 10/10 professionalism and aftercare.

Great physical assessment, treatment and advice. I went because i had back pain from my studies. His assessment and advice was very detailed and concise to the region my back pain was. He suggested exercises and stretches to help solve the pain and make my back stronger. The appointment went 40 minutes over just because he wanted to help me improve my lifestyle and create a healthy routine.
He asked questions and gave advice in a very understanding way. His assessment was not only centered around my back pain but raised concerns of any other issues i had.
Ive listened to the advice he gave and carried out the exercises and improvements he suggested which had relieved my back pain considerably and made me overall stronger and healthier.

Zak is an incredible physiotherapist! I've tried so many places for different treatments and never come across someone as good as him in all areas. You can tell he's passionate about his work and cares about helping people improve their health.
If you need physio, any recovery treatment or lifestyle advice just go to him. His prices are great and gives the same level of treatment that I've got with premium clinics.
He's very knowledgeable and in this most recent appointment when I took my 16 year old brother he was great to speak to and non-judgemental and explained complex body mechanics in a simple manner so my brother understood.
All his assessments and treatments are science-based. Unlike others who try to sell you on to do everything to increase the price he actually explained why massage treatments wouldn't help in this case.
Can't recommend Zak enough, as mentioned before he gives way more than he promises and even helps with accountability and gives advice between sessions.

I can’t recommend Zak enough, I had been struggling with back pain for well over a month so I went to Zak to see if he could help me out. He gave me a sports massage on top of the consultation focusing on my back and the muscles around it, I was feeling 100x better a few days later after consistently doing the physio he had provided. Highly recommend and will be going to phyziofit for any further injures.

Sports massage.

Today I had a sports massage from Zak, customer service was amazing and the session was brilliant, top man and offers the best service.

Did a sport massage which relieved a lot of tension in my back, chest and especially traps. Felt really cared for throughout the entire process, great patient rapport and knowledge. Zak would tell me what he was doing at each point and explain it in great detail. 10/10 would do again! (It hurts but it’s worth it!)

I was referred to Zak from someone at the gym after a shoulder injury. Glad that I went as he was very knowledgeable as Zak broke down the cause for the injury followed by remedial exercises to strengthen the shoulder. I also, got a sports massage from Zak which definitely did the trick with all the tension now gone!

I tore my ACL, MCL, and meniscus, which led to three surgeries, and unfortunately, the NHS left me without proper physiotherapy. However, Zak has completely transformed my recovery. He has significantly improved my ability to bend my knee, increase my range of motion, walk, and even play sports comfortably again. Zak took the time to carefully treat me, creating tailored plans and ensuring there were active improvements in each session. Thanks to his expertise and dedication, I have achieved a full recovery. It has been an absolutely fantastic experience, and I cannot recommend Zak highly enough to anyone in need of physiotherapy.

Zak briefed me through all the potential symptoms I may have been feeling after a quick consultation to ensure I had no major red flags or issues.

He then informed me of the different techniques and reasoning behind his treatment for me which was reassuring.

It's only been a day and my tight muscles are relaxed, with my neck feeling a lot better from the WFH tax and my back feeling more loose than before due to extensive exercise.

Has to be 5*. Zak relaxed me and informed me in a professional manner that the pains ive been suffering from were nothing to worry about and he could diagnose manage and treat it. He also gave me exercises afterwards which have worked supremely well. Well done to the service and professionalism. Highly recommended.

Zak was very informative and attentive when trying to find out what was wrong with my shoulder. He quickly analysed what the issue was and how to fix it.

I have been experiencing back pain for many years now and have tried and tested other physiotherapists, with results not lasting very long. However, Zak has changed that for me! Although having been with him for a short time, I’m already seeing such a difference in my mobility and excited to see further improvement!

I came to visit Zak as I was referred through a friend regarding my shoulder pain. Zak was very professional throughout and took enough time to asses the issue determine what treatment would be needed. Zak decided to do the deep tissue massage, and as painful as it was it was well needed and done very thoroughly. I instantly felt how loose my body felt afterwards and within the next few days felt relief in my shoulder also.

Overall it was a great experience and very professional. Will recommend Zak to anyone looking for a physio treatment.
