I had such an amazing 🤩 treatment for my first session of phyzio today!
Feel so good already, so pleased and happy I’ve had the best massage and best service couldn’t ask for any better than this. Lovely Physiotherapist helped go throw everything and went thru all my history. I’m glad I went and si speechless for everything🙌🏻 I cannot wait to book another session, already feeling much better than i was before going for the treatment!

Zak was great. He listened to my issues and asked relevant questions. Very informative as he walked me through the treatment options. He continued explaining and kept me informed throughout the treatment. Very impressed with his knowledge so I knew I was in good hands. After the treatment he was able to give me some regular stretches and exercises to incorporate into my workouts to help with my rehab.

Zak is fantastic, in our first session we discussed my issues in detail and he checks my posture to evaluate how he can help treat me, after 2 sessions the pain in my shoulder (which has lingered for 3 years) has gone almost completely and I'm now seeing him once per month with continued improvement. Went in not knowing what to expect, had ongoing knee issue on my left leg for over two years. Session began with diagnosing the problem with informative questions, being a PT myself i could tell straight away Zak knew what he was talking about. After struggling with lingering pain for years, and not knowing the cause or solution, Zak quickly identified the problem was tightness in the opposing leg causing an imbalance. We then moved onto the rehab portion, my god was it intense, but the results that came after were immediately noticeable, I just wish I came sooner. I felt noticeable relief from the first session, however it didn't end there, Zak went through the trouble of keeping in touch and providing additional rehab exercises for me to follow through with which i will be performing regularly. I went in for one session, but i will most definitely be scheduling a few more. Amazing work, cannot recommend anymore!

Have had quite a few cupping sessions with other physios but Zak’s depth of knowledge and his treatment is second to none!

Zak gave me a complete diagnosis and explained every issue that was occurring and made sure I understood the problem too! I didn’t even realise that I had years of muscle imbalances and overloading which caused the root problem for my recurring injury.

Very high quality service and the treatment that I received honestly was so relieving. It’s alleviated a lot of pain and muscle tightness in my entire back annd shoulder and I feel better instantly.

I have also been recommended a detailed programme to follow up the recovery of my shoulder and Zak gave me tailored gym advice too.
