The website is easy, straightforward, and logical. I'm very impressed with the different options for substrate choices, frame choices, mat choices, and acrylic choices. Vector art prints extremely well and high quality.

As with everything else, custom framing costs at our local frame shops have increased dramatically. I was very hesitatant about a DIY approach until I read reviews and saw the wide selection offered by PictureFrames.com. Even though I was sure of the required measurements, I called the experts at PictureFrames.com and they walked me through the process. My canvas oil painting fitted perfectly inside the floating frame I ordered and I couldn't be more pleased about the quality of the frame and the museum-like presentation of my new painting.

The question is about my shopping experience: I find it odd that I get a survey before I get the product. Also, although my initial order confirmation had an estimated arrival date…it’s been crickets since which is odd in this day and age. And, it’s pretty slow.

My order (#18003784) was backordered with no expected fill date. I was shocked that no one called or emailed me to tell me this. I only found out when I emailed you questioning this a week after it was due to me. It is normal to have challenges with keep all frames in stock. I understand this but if you had the customer in mind you could have helped me by notifying me and even offering me a substitute frame you have in stock.
I am a professional artist who had a piece ready to go to a gallery show. It is now hanging there with no frame because of your lack of customer support. Please upgrade your support system to include notification of backorder with your customer in mind.

This site provides good service...for this visit I was wanting more selections other than black, white, gold or wood and those were a little limited, but I was able to find something that worked for my particular photograph.
I always find that I get good value and quality for my framing needs.

The selection of frames is great, and offered with custom sizing. The site is easy to use. The frame was shipped very well protected and was in perfect condition. And, and most importantly, the picture fit perfectly in the frame.

Pictureframes.com has the WORST customer service that I have ever dealt with. I placed an order over 2 months ago and I still have not received the item, nor have I received any updates on my order. I had to reach out to customer service twice only to find out that the frame I ordered is out of stock (why would they allow me to place any order for an out of stock item?). When I asked for even just a general time frame as to when the frame would be back in stock, they said that they couldn’t even provide me that. Their customer service representative were incredibly rude and snarky in their tone as well. They should not have sold me an item that they don’t have, and they should have communicated with me transparently about my order status. I still have not received my item or a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!
