I was trying to get a 5x7" picture framed. I uploaded the image on your website and was initially going to buy the framed image. But then I decided to save $10 and mount it myself, so I chose that option. When the frame arrived, the mat didn't fit my picture! I guess the online system decided the picture was 5x8" when it was actually 5x7". Now I've spent $85 on a frame I can't use. Any chance you could send me a new mat for a 5x7 picture? I'd be grateful.

I received my frame today and I am very disappointed with the quality of it. There are significant gaps in the corner.

I am also disappointed with the sizing. I ordered a frame without the mat and the “image size” I inputted was not taken as the display size. The displayed size was 0.5” smaller in all directions. Yet when they size with a mat the image size is the displayed size.

Love my new picture frame! Easy to order and delivered so much faster than a custom frame shop and much less expensive for quality.

I looked everywhere for a reasonable price on a picture frame that is fairly large 56 x 32. This company delivered on everything! Love the quality of the frame and it fit the piece perfectly. Something I will cherish for many years.

I have a print which is an odd size and I was able to have one made just to fit. Perfect for unique art, turning a pick into a signature piece. Excellent for finishing pieces for flipping that came from a flea market (for example)

I am updating my review after receiving my product. For such an expensive metal frame, the quality is not great. I used this frame for a 3000 piece jigsaw puzzle and there are gaps in the edge when I put it together. I have ordered several frames (never one this size) however the previous frames I ordered were cheaper and better quality. Since I could not find a company to build a frame for the size I needed, I decided to give picture frames a chance. I can’t say I will order from this site again.

I was looking for a frame you no longer carry. I was able to substitute something else but would have preferred something you no longer supply.
