I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered from this place. Thankfully it was only €25 that I spent and not the hundreds of Euros seen in other reviews.

Ordered 2 fairly small frames 10 days ago and no sign of them being delivered. These weren't bespoke frames, either, just standard, off-the-shelf sizes. Contacted them a few days ago and no response. I guess I could call on the phone and be verbally abused like so many others have but it's Friday and I don't need the stress. At least I'm now prepared for them to not EVER be delivered, judging by some of the other reviews, so I'll be pleasantly surprised when/if they ever do get to me.

The review is 3 Stars purely for the fact that there IS a chance that what I ordered will get to me at some point, maybe, who knows.

Never order anything from them. I cant believe a shop like that is still open. Ordered 2 custom frames, was told i would get them in 10 days, rang again 10 days later,he was going to contact workshop. Scammer! He also abused me over the phone when i told him he had no manners but after looking through other reviews, I am not surprised at all. I asked him to calm down and he started screaming at me. If i could give minus stars, I would.

I placed my order in February 2023 and I STILL have not received it. Tried multiple times to contact the company regarding my order and asking for a refund but NO RESPONSE.

The order took 6 weeks to arrive, despite claiming a standard delivery of 3 working days.
No explanation given.

I ordered 2 custom size frames from this website before seeing any reviews. It didn't look good. I emailed them after 2 1/2 weeks but didn't receive a reply. But a week later I received a text to say that DPD would be delivering them the next day. So putting this all behind me, I gave a 4 star rating as the frames were not cheap but excellent in their manufacture and quality. I think they need a secretary!

Massive mess of a company. I ordered 3 frames for 250e and they did eventually arrive, but with the wrong colours in the mount. I’m not sure how one mistakes blue for yellow. There was a lot of back and forth with Morgan about the colour yellow (I ended up referring to a dulex colours as perhaps he may have an issue with colourblindness). After months of probing (being told the new mount was sent when it wasn’t) - I eventually got a new mount. It was pure white - not yellow - and the wrong size. I can only imagine this is some kids school project, or a guy trolling us all, rather than a legitimate business. I’ve given up trying to get my mounts replaced and have succumbed to painting the mount myself. Would have been cheaper and a lot less stress to go to a local framing shop. Avoid!

While the service was slow (took a few weeks), and it did require a phonecall to get things moving, thereafter service was fine and the product (a frame) arrived yesterday as ordered. So, a bit disorganised maybe, but have no complaints about the product. And I have to say Morgan was helpful on the phone and followed up with an email.

My order never arrived and emails ignored. Luckily paid through PayPal so got my refund through them.

Can’t believe I didn’t check here before ordering.same story here ordered a set of 2 albums got email from Morgan one was out of stock so I picked a different one.both baby albums.after few weeks few emails I received 2 albums one baby album one wedding 🙄I sent him an email I was told take a picture and keep the wedding one and he would send me the proper one.that was may.how is this guy getting away with this.and also albums were €18 each and I actually picked up the second one same brand in Mac cauleys chemist for €10.so he’s a rip off aswell

Really delighted to get my frames as promised this morning. Morgan was most helpful when I called him.

I can't believe this guy is still going, but moreover I can't believe I only looked him up on Trustpilot now. Total scammer. You can't still be blaming Brexit for delays, that's such a load of rubbish. Ordered frames months ago and they still haven't shown up despite repeated promises.

EDIT in response to the below: if 12 of your 16 reviews are ONE STAR, would you not just revise the standard of your service rather than making bizarre analogies? You could begin by deleting from your website the sentence "Our standard delivery is 3 working days/72 hours."

I ordered 10 frames from this website during the lockdown in April. Like many others I had seen the 2 days delivery ,nonetheless, I wish I had read the reviews. I was told because of Brexit delays my frames would take a further two weeks. I gave benefit of the doubt initially. I was actually offered to receive a refund and I accepted in the next email. I email again to confirm to which I got a prompt reply saying "These were frames were shipped yesterday from our depot. They will be with you in a few days. I cannot give you a refund at this stage. If you trace through the emails. I had been offering you a refund as late as 29th April.". I had sent an email back two hours after he offered me a refund on the 29th of April. It caused me immense anxiety and it took over a month to receive the frames. I got them and was pleased with them but it was definitely not worth the hassle and stress. I thought I was doing good by supporting an Irish business. It's unfortunate that this man has got away with so much.

Delivery took longer than expected (over three weeks) but frames were very well packaged and exactly as described on the website.

Don't buy there. I ordered my frames in April, Morgan rang me to let me know because of Brexit there was delay and won't be before mid June. I accepted to wait... but never received it. Mid July, I decided to write asking for a refund and still didn't hear from him.
Disgraceful.

Ordered 4 frames 1st July. 2 weeks later emailed to see where they were and a week later got a response about Brexit and that they would be shipped the week after. They arrived 3rd August, everything there and identical to the website. Thought I was getting scammed too but I'll cut him some slack!

Anyone have a number to Morgan? I ordered frames from him for 200e four weeks ago. I can't contact him via email, and number from his website. Never ever order from this guy!

Ordered May 29th and believed the 72 hour shipping policy stated on the website. 11 weeks later I still have no frame. Contacted support several times asking for a refund and got the usual "It's in limerick and will be with you in a few days. These are the last delays due to Brexit" etc etc (Complete BS obviously). I emailed again this week demanding a refund and I have not heard back from them in several days. I'm not expecting to get a frame or a refund at this point but will be reporting the business.

EDIT : Further investigation has shown that Morgan has multiple sites with the same address and phone number.

This address points to an accounting firm in Dublin. They have been notified that Morgan is using their address for his "Business" and are looking into the matter.

EDIT 2 : We have managed to find Morgan's mobile number and contacted him via WhatsApp. After a few ignored messages we get a call saying he will issue a refund. I will update this review again in a few days to let you know if it comes through or not. Note the address has also changed to just Dublin 2 on pictureframes.ie as of 5 minutes ago.

I ordered 2 frames from this company. I have waited over 3 weeks, now I will say Morgan did email me back and told me alot about brexit and deliveries but i was prepared to put up with it. I received my order yesterday and to say I am furious is an understatement Both the frames are different to what I ordered the quality is rubbish and both are different sizes meaning that are of no use to me. I can you tell my customer is not going to be happy with on Monday when they are expecting their order. I would never ever deal with company again and would advise anyone to source a different company. This company has little or no customer service you cant contact them by phone as it not in service. STAY AWAY

I ordered 6 10x8 frames from picture frames. I did struggle with the purchasing (It wouldn't go into the card paying option for me) but once I contacted them Morgan replied straight away with a remedy. There was a delay in postage but I contacted them and again got a reply apologising and assuring me that they will be with me ASAP due to brexit and the pandemic there were some delays. The package came and although the box itself had seen better days the frames were packed unbelievably well.
I wanted to leave a good review as after I purchased I looked at trust pilot and got nervous as my order was nearly €70 but I've had a good experience with this company and its important to write the good reviews and not always just when you've a bad experience! I would repurchase from this company again. I just marked one star down for the awardness of the online payment system and delay in postage other than that 5 stars!!

After 12 days of ordering 4 frames and no update, I have started to worry. Looking at the ratings here I thought I got scammed. I have sent them an email asking for an update and got a reply 1,5 hours later. Brexit was the excuse but was assured that they will come in about a week. 6 days later I have received the frames from Limerick.
Frames themselves are OK quality. Similar if not better than what they sell in Woodies for the same price.
