This is a truly amazing product .

I am a first time puppy Mum and really wanted to avoid the “puppy pad”.
I think awful for environment and also I think would be so difficult trying to then train them from pads to grass.
I read Pomeranian puppies are especially hard to potty train. Well besides the odd accident, my puppy has consistently used the “piddle patch” I do put her on there every half hour just to remind her and within a week, she takes herself to it.

Honestly a great piece and the customer service is brilliant.

Much better experience for me and my dog than other disposable or washable pads.

Excellent product! We’ve had such a great experience with Piddle Patch! Living in a flat, it has made toilet training our puppy so much easier, especially while he’s still waiting to be fully vaccinated and can’t go on regular walks yet. Having a real grass patch has really helped him learn where he’s supposed to go, as we didn’t want him to rely on puppy pads.

The grass is fresh and high quality, delivery was really quick and the customer service has been fantastic whenever we’ve had any questions. It’s been such a worthwhile purchase and has made our first few weeks with a puppy much less stressful. I’d highly recommend it to anyone raising a puppy in a flat or without easy access to a garden!

Amazing product and customer service. I would not be able to have a puppy in a small apartment in central London if it wasn't for piddle patch. Every time I travel they were super flexible with adjusting the dates of next order to make sure nothing goes to waste. Customer support comms super fast and helpful. Highly recommend

Brilliant service, this was exactly what we needed when we brought our puppy home. She loved it and it really saved us as we live on the 5th floor in a flat. We were able to use the piddle patch on the balcony for urgent and late night outings!

After seeing an ad on Instagram, I thought I’d try Piddle Patch for our new Cavapoo puppy Charlie, who we brought home 4 weeks ago at the age of 9 weeks. It has truly been a godsend for toilet training. Charlie took to the patch immediately, using it from Day 1 - and his very first wee after our car ride home! We were so impressed! It’s meant there have been far fewer accidents around the house and he was primed for when he started going outside.

It seemed like a no-brainer to be honest - more convenient and environmentally friendly than puppy pads, and an easier transition for him. It was easy to order and delivery was always on schedule.

I had a subscription for one patch a week, which was the perfect frequency for a puppy of his size. In hindsight, getting two would have been even better. (The only times there were accidents was when he was in a different room to the patch.)

I have wholeheartedly recommended Piddle Patch to everyone I’ve spoken to with pets. Thank you to the Piddle Patch team for bringing such a great product to the market. We won’t hesitate to purchase again in the future.

Few weeks ago, the delivery company had an issue delivering one of our patches, but Rebecca resolved the problem very quickly by sending us a replacement straight away.

I am so impressed with the service from Piddle Patch.
I got the call to pick up a rescue puppy at short notice and so when placing piddle patch order it was after the cut off time for next scheduled delivery. I didn't expect an immediate reply as it was well after working hours and yet Sarah replied straight away, and couldn't be more helpful in getting the delivery organised quickly. They really went above and beyond in communicating with me about what I needed and quick delivery. Puppy is arriving tomorrow so the piddle patch has not yet been used but if their service is anything to go by, then I will be very happy indeed.

Fantastic solution for dog owners with little to no outside space. We used piddlepatch to train our puppy, and couldn't be happier with the experience. Customer service is top-notch, always responsive and adaptive to our needs. Highly recommended!

Fantastic customer service. Quality of the product is high. Subscription made our life so much easier. We live in a 3rd floor flat in London and this product made all the difference when toilet training our puppy before they could go on the ground outside. Highly recommend.

I bought a Piddle Patch for my pup, Boogie, and to be fair, the product itself works well. It helped with house training and keeping accidents under control, so credit where it's due.

Unfortunately, the overall customer experience is disappointing. The website is incredibly slow and frustrating to use. I have a fibre internet connection and still experienced long loading times, pages hanging, and a generally poor user experience. If you're on a standard connection, good luck.

Customer service is another major issue. There doesn't seem to be a practical way to speak to someone directly, no obvious phone support, and getting assistance feels almost impossible. When you're dealing with subscriptions, deliveries, or product questions, having accessible support is important.

The website also feels outdated, navigation can be confusing, and managing orders isn't as straightforward as it should be. For a company selling a genuinely useful product, the digital experience lets the brand down significantly.

The Piddle Patch itself is a good idea and does what it's supposed to do, but between the slow website, lack of customer support, and overall frustrating user experience, I can only rate the company as average. There is a lot of potential here, but right now the service doesn't match the quality of the product. They definitly garb the ££ and forgot the customers experience...

Really good way to potty train your puppy. It can get a little smelly as your dog gets bigger though. I had a 2 weekly subscription but would have done weekly if i could afford it once my dog was 5 months.

Essential for puppy training

I have used Piddle Patch for a year for our teeny toy poodle. The grass has always arrived fresh and green and has remarkably long staying power. I never thought that I would spend so long standing over a patch of grass cheering encouragement at a small dog and be so delighted with the results! I would thoroughly recommend the metal tray to go with it, which may seem expensive but is absolutely worth it. 10/10 recommend.

Fantastic idea and product! I initially used the Piddle patch for house training my toy poodle puppy which made the whole process so easy! As I live in an apartment, I continue to have one on my terrace as it’s super helpful to be able to give my dog quick access to the patch first thing in the morning or last thing at night. The grass patch looks smart too and most importantly doesn’t smell!

Unfortunately the quality of these patches has gone down a lot. They used to be good, fresh and durable. After 7 months without ordering them because I didn’t need them the new ones are so disappointing. I received one that had bald patches and was extremely dry, I messaged customer services asking for a refund and instead they directly send me a new one. I didn’t say anything to give it another go in case it was a one off issued. The next one didn’t have bald patches but was also terribly dry and died after a week. I have a tiny toy poodle that had only used it a couple of times as I was home most of the time and could take him for walks and even spraying it with water didn’t lasts as they arrive almost dead. Stay away from this company as they charge a lot for dead grass.

Used Piddle Patch for our dog for the last5 years. We live in a flat, but have a balcony. It meant I could build a perspex box (with open sides), place it on the balcony, and place a piddle patch (with the metal tray they supply) in it to use as a doggy toilet. Saved us countless treks up and down stairs. We would get about 2 weeks use of a patch before it became a bit stinky, so we had regular deliveries, but well worth it.

Piddle Patch has been a life saver!
We are leaving in a flat with a small balcony and having this little patch of grass there has worked wonders to toilet trained our pup. It is worth every penny and their customer service team is kind and super reactive.

We couldn't recommend Piddle Patch highly enough. When we brought our miniature Schnauzer, Gunther, home, we were living without easy access to a garden and at a complete loss about how to toilet-train him. We tried the fake grass ones, and he simply refused. Piddle Patch was an absolute godsend. From the moment we placed it down, Gunther seemed to instinctively know what it was for, and within days, he was consistently using it without any fuss.
