You quickly get actual people on the phone who are friendly knowledgeable & can answer your questions without putting you on hold forever, or worse failing to call you back. Light years better experience than other insurance companies, who wasted huge amounts of my time while never being able to properly answer if they could provide cover or not. I'm going to keep using them because it was a good experience taking the cover, sorted simply no messing about, and because calling back in about a question was again, smooth process for simple answers in no time at all.

We required insurance quickly in order to cover a electrical development at our property. Keith from Pikl was a delight to work with, he was very knowledgeable and quickly grasped our situation and needs. He made the whole process easy and straight forward.

Jasmyn and Jess were so helpful and kind from the outset, after what's been a pretty stressful few weeks trying to find insurance. They made the whole thing easy and lighthearted and, most importantly, finally got me the cover I need! Super grateful and definitely recommend.

I think this company is doing very well in its choice of staff. It made the experience of buying a new house insurance which includes doing airbnb from my home a surprisingly easy and pleasant experience. Hannah was extremely helpul , clear with the information and friendly to talk to. She got through it very quickly and i think found me a very reasonable quote so i signed up straight away. Thankyou Hannah. Prior to speaking to Hannah the people i was arranging the phone appointment with were also very friendly. No one sounded like a robot reading from script - which is so unusual today.

Pikl provided a very flexible insurance product for our multi unit holiday home. Many other insurers declined our property, but Pikl was able to find us a great product at a great rate, with the flexibility we needed. But what really made Pikl great was their customer service. Jasmyn was very helfpul, her explanations were clear, she was easy to communicate with, and she had great knowledge of the products and fantastic customer service. It was great to feel like I was talking to a real personable knowledgable human and not a scripted call centre. I highly recommend using Pikl.

Thank you to Keith for giving his time and expertise to go through the different options for my buy to let insurance. He got me an excellent deal. My renewal premium quote was for £362.05. He found a deal for me that was significantly cheaper £232.75. I was really delighted and appreciated his patience in answering my many questions and his efforts to find me a better deal.

Easy renewal for my short term let property got me the best price and took ten minutes to complete .

The phone was answered very quickly. Jasmin was very polite and helpful. Jasmin explained things very well to make sure we understood the insurance. She had to call back and was very quick and the policy documents were emailed over quickly after our phone call.
