Outstanding tour company! Everything was exceptionally well organized, the guides were knowledgeable and friendly, and every detail was handled with care. It was a memorable, stress-free experience, and can't wait to travel with them again.

Our guide was amazingly knowledgeable, friendly , fun, organized and helpful. Our bus driver and security were sure that we were safe and cared for. This is the second time we have used Pilgrim Tours and we would use them again. Egypt was amazing and we would return in a heartbeat.

In today’s transactional & expedient culture, Pilgrim Tours shines like a star in the darkness. My husband & I attempted for a 3 rd time to travel to Israel but each trip was cancelled. We worked with Pilgrim Tours 17 day Exodus tour that started in Egypt, Jordan & Israel. Due to the war with Iran, it was uncertain what would happen and we prayed continuously. Pilgrim was honest, cancelled tours as needed but when they didn’t cancel, we didn’t cancel. They took care of us from booking & changing flights- thank you Roe! Tours, meals, hotels, transport- we felt CONSTANTLY cared for and had the trip of a lifetime. For all travelers- tourists are fresh meat in these countries and they will stop at nothing to sell to you. While we wanted to support our hosts, make a decision in advance how much you want to spend and on what and you do not have to be concerned about buying overpriced rugs, scarves,jewelry, etc. YOU must know yourself what you value because if they can charge you $70 for a camel ride when you can get one for ‘free’ included in another event such as Abraham’s tent- they are going to charge you. Our trip was a one of a kind lifetime experience with Reda our guide in Egypt, Jihan in Jordan and Avi in Israel. Each one of them so knowledgeable and so kind - Jihan bought us foods from her own pocket just to be sure we had the experience- above and beyond the bar. We will definitely use Pilgrim Tours again and simply can’t express enough how wonderful they are.

We went with Pilgrim Tours on the 11-day Israel in Detail tour in June-July 2026. Pilgrim Tours was amazing to work with from beginning to end. Brett efficiently answered all of our questions as we were in the planning stages regarding details and finances. Roe was great with the travel details--even re-routing us when our flights got changed days before we were to leave so that we didn't miss any of the tour. She also stepped in at the time of our return flights to fix an issue with one of our tickets. Our bus driver, Morti, was amazing! I have never seen anyone parallel park a tour bus between 2 other busses, let alone do it on the narrow streets of Jerusalem. Our tour guide, Irit, was phenomenal! She is so knowledgeable and personable. She really brought meaning to what we were seeing and experiencing by explaining things thoroughly. We felt completely safe at all times knowing that our guide was not going to take us anyplace that was not safe. We even got to go to a couple of places that had not been open even the week before due to unrest. The hotels that Pilgrim Tours arranged were nice, clean, and comfortable. All of the hotels had buffets for breakfast and dinner with lots of delicious choices.

Seeing Israel in person was life-changing, and Pilgrim Tours made it an unforgettable experience! We highly recommend Pilgrim Tours!

My husband and I with a group of friends did the 7 Day Churches of Revelation tour in May.
It was our third time with Pilgrim Tours. It was an incredible experience from the planning stage to our visit to Turkey and back.
Our tour guide was very knowledgeable, which made it more enjoyable and engaging. The hotels, the meals, and the historic sites did not fall short of our expectations.
Pilgrim Tours has never failed to deliver quality service, that is why we are always using this company.
We are already planning our next tour to Greece.

Allow me to say up front I have taken short term team trips to India 25 times in the last 35 years. It is not that I have not traveled and not seen my share of negative stuff. I have reached out to Pilgrim 3X to no avail. Pretty much my concerns were noted but essentially dismissed.
My wife and I went on it as we have retired from the pastorate. This was to be a special spiritual trip/pilgrimage. It was anything but that! Our Tour guide was a Muslim who had some book knowledge and knew the area but had no agreement with the Christian faith. We love Muslims, yet we believe their faith is totally misguided, troubling and the antithesis of Biblical faith. So, you might understand, with many Christians, that to have a Muslim tour guide on a significant New Testament book (about the book of Revelation) is tremendously disturbing. So, if it is important for you to have a BIBLICAL Christian tour guide you might want to know upfront. I was one of the pastors on the trip giving devotionals and they didn't even tell me or the other pastors on the trip.

I also felt Pilgrim was deceptive about it having everyone go to a Turkish carpet manufacturer. We asked our Turkish Muslim guide how much would a typical 3X5 carpet cost at this venue. She responded, "oh about $300-500 dollars US". When my wife got there (she wanted to know the process of the several girls' stories of handmaking carpets via small looms), she expressed interest in one of the carpets. 2 Turkish men ushered her alone to a room after passing room after room of hundreds if not thousands of rolled up carpets (that came from a manufacturer not the 3 girls working on a small loom---again Deceptive!). They then began to lay out carpets. She asked, 'how much was that one?" They replied $3,800 but for you $3,600 (almost 10 X's as much as our Turkish Muslim tour guide quoted.). She was aghast! This was an approved Pilgrim Tour excursion. Deceptive!!!

Then while in Greece, our Greek tour guide was horrible. Curt, rude, impatient and condescending. The man responsible for the Greek Tour Guide Alexis had told a group of us going to the island of Santorini that we would be able to see the iconic blue and white structures on the cliff side above the Aegean Sea. He reassured us 2X. No one who stayed on the ship nor those who choose to go on the excursion ever saw it. Deceptive! You live and learn eh? I will NEVER use Pilgrim again unless they make some restitution (although I am not holding my breath---as mentioned earlier I have reached out to no avail). To be fair, in 2014 we used Pilgrim on a trip to Israel. It was life changing (the tour guide was a Messianic Jew and was powerful in knowledge and his relationship with Jesus). 12 years ago, Pilgrim excelled. in 2026 they fell miserably short. The deception was thick!

Moon was our tour expert. He called us several times with personal service. He took time to discuss options with us. He answered questions I had asked before with patience and kindness. He is very professional and does a great job. When you invest this much in a tour its such a relief to have him on your team.

Pilgrim Tours went way above and beyond any of our expectations, from pre-trip preparation, helpful study materials, and organization of logistics, to their professional guide and transportation services. This was the best, most informative, and enjoyable tour I have ever experienced. I don’t think we missed out on seeing or experiencing anything in the Holy Land. Thank you!!

I got more than I expected! My third trip to Israel, but this one exposed me to many sites that I had not seen before and our tour guide was fantastic, knowledgeable, funny and very entertaining.

Pilgrim tours made the experience great. They communicated clearly. They kept our trip alive when it was delayed by Covid and a war. I couldn’t be happier with the tour guides, activities and transportation they set up. Not having to worry about hotels and meals made it so easy to take in the things we wanted to most on our travels, the incredibly significant holy sites.

We just returned home from a 12 day Israel in Detail trip with Pilgrim Tours. It honestly was one of the best trips we have ever taken. Everything went smoothly. Transfers, hotel stays, and daily tours were all great! Thank you Pilgrim Tours for an exceptional trip experience!

Pilgriam is next-level great as a travel agency. I have been using them for years, and they have gotten better and better. It is one thing to receive excellent service when everything goes as planned, but Pilgrim has come through time and time again when circumstances have been less than ideal. Airlines are in upheaval, Pilgrim solves the problem and takes care of your group. Hotel service is below expectations, Pilgram intervenes for the good! The longer I use Pilgrim and Jessica Leinbac in particular, the more amazed I am!

My daughter and I went in the Danube River Cruise, which I would HIGHLY recommend. I rate our experience a 10/10. I hope to go again in the future with my husband.

Pilgrim tours was an amazing company to travel with. Our trip to Israel and Italy was planned fantastically and we had amazing guides. I think Pilgrim tours does a great job at finding guides who are very knowledgeable and very good leaders. We went to both Israel and Italy and though both trips are different, we enjoyed them. I would make sure to ask about the pace of the trip that you book because our Israel trip felt slower paced and had some shorter days in comparison to our Italy trip. Don’t be mistaken though, we were able to do A TON in the time we had and missed nothing. In addition, with a larger group size with the Italy trip, sometimes it was harder to move as quickly with a whole group. The only hiccup we had was a long wait on the day that we arrived to Italy because there was a lot of waiting for transportation and driving time. However, this was out of our control. What is important is that I felt safe the entire time, had an unforgettable trip, and don’t regret going at all with Pilgrim tours. The hotels we stayed at, the coach buses for transportation, and food all surpassed my expectations. We also made lifelong friends and have many sweet memories.

Our tour to Israel and Italy was the most Amazing tour I have ever been on! Everything was perfect from the flight, hotel accommodations, and breathtaking places we visited! The tour guide (Mickey in Israel and Luigi in Italy) were absolutely AMAZING! I with I could give Pilgram Tours 10 Stars!!

My teenage kids and I went on the 9 day tour of Italy, and it was spectacular. Pilgrim Tours took care of everything, and it was a seamless trip. We loved seeing the Biblical sites, and our tour guide, Antonella was knowledgeable and insightful. We had an amazing trip!! I would highly recommend Pilgrim Tours!!

Pilgrim Tours was the best! Through no fault of their own, our flight was cancelled out of England for Greece. Pilgrim did all they could to see that we were helped in the rebooking process and then on the retrival of our luggage. We had a fantastic trip otherwise with great guides and we came away with a better understanding of Paul's missionary journeys.

Our guides in both Turkey and Greece were very knowledgeable about their respective countries and Biblical history. The trips were very well executed and the hotels we stayed in were very nice. Our drivers were amazing. They got in and out of places i would have struggled in a car. The minor issues were late night meals on the ship for the cruise portion, and mostly unappealing buffet food at the hotels. Both countries were hospitable and friendly.

Pilgrim Tours goes over and beyond when it comes to every detail of a Pilgrim Tour trip. I have taken at least 7 trips with them and never have been disappointed.
