The philosophy, the employees, the work ethic, the materials. Everything. I’ve wanted to support Pingree; I knew the products were of excellent quality but the prices were high for my modest income. But the newly designed wallet is reasonably priced and beautiful. I’ll purchase two for Christmas gifts. It feels good! Thanks, too, to Gillian Yerington who was most helpful.

I haven't taken delivery yet so can only comment on the ordering process at this time. I have been looking at these for awhile however they have been sold out every time I get ready to purchase. They became available and order process through Apply Pay was very smooth. I appreciate and support the local business. Looking forward to receiving these and wearing them this Fall.

Pingree Detroit excels in Customer Service. In the several times I have made orders, I have felt like the responses back to me were the responses of a friend. I’ve never had a complaint but I am sure if I did have one I would be treated like a friend. I support the mission of Pingree Detroit and I support their Detroit roots. I have given products to friends, who appreciate the mission as I appreciate it. Although I have never paid over $300 for a pair of shoes, I have ordered the sneakers because I like them. But, more importantly, I’ve ordered them to support the way they manage their business. I am, I feel, part of the family.

The customer service was great on changing my order. Now it's the waiting game for my shoes.
