Happy with the products I ordered however two items I didn’t receive and on the invoice it had “pre order” written in pen. The website said nothing about ore orders or low in stock. I waited a month and had to make contact myself.
Staff member was helpful, however I got told one of the items I was waiting on, wasn’t going to be back in stock anytime soon. I ended up settling for another colour. Makes me wonder, if I didn’t make contact would I have been waiting for months on end to get my bathers?

I ordered 3 separate pieces in October and it took until January and 3 emails chasing up until I received all of my items following a series of mistakes in the company's ordering procesd. Although all staff were polite, apologetic and responded quickly.

Product itself seems like decent quality however it’s quite expensive and sizing is super off. I read a lot of reviews before purchasing. I’m a standard size M/au10 and ordered XL. Website states free exchanges but when I tried to do this, I was asked to send back at my own cost and customer service is extremely slow at responding. It’s been over a week now, might as well just keep it 🙄

After making my first purchase through pinkcolada, and unfortunately having half of it missing, the team at pinkcolada were amazing at helping resolve the problem. They kept constant open communication, and worked as fast as possible to sort everything out.
Once all my items arrived, they were of amazing quality, and fit perfectly!
I will definitely be making future purchases!

Swimmers are good quality although the cup size is a little bit too small. I’m not sure whether I would size up or not.

The only reason I haven't given 5 stars is it has taken a year to receive the bikini top. I had ordered it 2 sets of bikinis back in late Jan 2020. I received the ordered promptly in early Feb all except 1 bikini top. No message was included in the shipment. I contacted and was then advised thta it was out of stock. I received a swift response and advised it would be shipped immediately. I received it this week- 1 year on. I understand COVID hit it just would have been better to receive an email advising the delay.

I think i have about 4 pairs of colada bikinis. I just love the cut of the bottoms they are the perfect fit & so flattering. Highly recommend 👌🏼

the bathers are extremely good quality and are exactly as they looked in the website. however, it was my first time ordering from their site and I got a bikini top that was slightly too big. the exchange process was a bit of a hassle. but otherwise, I would definitely recommend buying from this brand.
