Months to try to receive my refound, nothing. Worst purchase in my life

TERRIBLE. I ordered something in Jan 2024 and it was out of stock. It is now April 2024 and I am still waiting for my refund. When I followed up TWICE in Feb, all I received was: "Your request has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff." No further follow up afterwards !!!!

Do not purchase from this company its a scam.
Ordered matching set but only received the top to be advised the bottoms were out of stock and what was offered was not what I wanted. Nearly 3 months still waiting on PayPal to help with this refund.
The customer service "marvie" seems all automated responses aswell. Looks like I'm not the only one to have experienced this.
The quality of the bikini top was awful too.

This company is a scam. Avoid at all costs. And based on previous reviews looks like a common trend for them to send half then not respond.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I placed an order months ago... Received the top but no bottom... they told me the bottoms were out of stock and they would email me when they shipped. Months later, they have now gone completely silent - don't respond to my inquiries, have not gotten any updates, don't offer me a solution to the problem, and just have simply taken my money that I've paid them and haven't refunded me or anything. I'm horrified by the terrible customer service and the lack of acknowledgement.

I’ve honestly never had this much trouble with an online order. I placed an order in Dec and after weeks of not receiving anything or getting an update, I reached out to customer care and they said the item is out of stock and would have to forward me to someone else to get a refund.
Since my order can’t be fulfilled and it has now, been months, I would like a refund ASAP.

I placed 2 orders 10 weeks ago, I still have not received any product and have since requested a refund. Their customer service is terrible, I’m still waiting for a refund and constantly get the same answers from what seems like a robot!

I wish I had seen all the previous reviews prior to making an order! I hope no one else makes the mistake of ordering from this company.

I’m now looking into making a formal complaint to the tribunal, since they have scammed me of $180!

Do not order from Pinkcolada!!!! I never ever am like this but goodness me, I ordered a bikini in February, followed it up a month later as I hadn’t heard anything, to be told there was an issue from the supplier and it wasn’t being made anymore even though it was still on the website… they literally wouldn’t have even bothered to contact me had I not followed up. They tried to get me to choose another bikini however I didn’t want any others, and asked for a refund… 10 MONTHS LATER and I am STILL trying to get a refund and resolve this.

Appalled by the customer service of this company. Placed an order well over 8 weeks ago, they sent the bikini with the incorrect bottoms. I emailed through as i was still waiting for the leisure set and about the incorrect bottoms. Took weeks for a response and i have been constantly emailing about a refund and they just keep saying “sorry, your order will be dispatched soon and we will confirm.” Nothing has been said or done in over 3 weeks. This company is an absolute scam and these review need to be on the website.

I ordered a bikini a month ago, when I followed up after a week as I had heard nothing of my shipment. I was told they couldn’t fulfill my order, and were trying to force me to chose other products that did not suit my body, nor were my size. I have requested a refund, and it’s now been 3 weeks, of constant chasing, and they are not responding!
They are thieves! Do NOT purchase from them!!

Customer service is appalling. I emailed to request a refund to my card for an item that was too large (they state if it’s your first order from them that you can do this, although it doesn’t give you the option through the returns portal), plus a refund for matching bikini bottoms that they decided not to send. It’s now been almost 7 weeks since my initial email with minimal email responses from them, despite numerous emails chasing for a response. I also tried to contact them via Instagram which they ignored until I left a negative comment on one of their posts - which they have now deleted and haven’t responded to me.. again! I just want my money back.

I did receive 2 bikinis from them that were well made and I have worn, with no complaints. But their complete lack of customer service has completely soured the experience and I wouldn’t recommend them.

Absolutely shocking way to run a company.

I placed an order 6 months ago, after waiting 2 months for it to arrive, I was told it was out of stock, so I picked a different bikini. Then I was told it was out of stock too.

I then requested a refund 4 months after the original order date, and now another 2 months have passed and I AM STILL WAITING on a refund.

I contacted customer service from the beginning and it has been an extremely frustrating experience throughout. There is no phone number to contact them, only via email. They don't reply to social media messages either. Nor do they show reviews on their socials - dodgy much?

They have essentially stole from me.

I REPEAT. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS RETAILER.

Do not buy from this company!! I ordered over 2 months ago and nothing has shown up. Their customer service team blatantly lied to me - I asked if I could change the order address they said it had already shipped. Then when I asked for the tracking details they said sorry it actually hasn’t shipped, so I asked again if they could change the address and they completely stopped responding after that!! Two months later and I have received no package and no reply from them. Wish I had read the hundreds of other bad reviews before I ordered :(

I have ordered a bikini set 7 weeks ago. The lack of response and care when emailing in regards to my order is appalling.

This company is a scam. I placed two orders, one was for a pair of beach shorts which cost me $90 and they arrived without any tags or labels. The second order I placed over two months ago and payed for express shipping, and it hasn't even shipped yet! Have tried following up with customer service and they just say they will let me know once it has shipped.. no explanation or apology as to what's taking so long. This company is beyond a joke. I'm not even expecting to receive my order at this point. Should be shut down! All reviews on their website are 5 star, yet you look at reviews elsewhere and it seems nobody ever receives their items.

Really disappointed and frustrated with the PinkColada company. Similar to many of the reviews here, I ordered two bikini's four months ago, and have not received them, nor any information regarding shipping or expectation of arrival. It seems to be just mindless customer service emails between me and the representative who have zero intentions behind shipping me the products or giving me a refund. I have never experienced anything like this, and find PinkColada's professionalism and respect for their customers disconcerting. Please do not purchase from this company, you will not get the products you asked for, or get your money back (at least I haven't received my refund after asking for it almost three weeks ago...). Spend your money somewhere else!

UPDATE: it's been two months since requesting a refund, with nothing communicated or provided. Please do not buy from PinkColada, they are an absolute sham.

DONT ORDER FROM HERE !!!! they steal your money and don't provide the goods. I have waited months !!!! They provide hilarious reasons about stock and offer alternative options . They are currently stealing money , shoving this into revenue and not actually providing the goods to the consumer. All completely illegal!!!!! Be careful!!!! Awful company!!!!!!
