Very helpful when an item was out of stock they communicated straight away and were able to fix the issue and still have it sent out to me over night

I got sent the wrong bottom colour, quality seems good but the cheeky bottom is not very comfortable, as soon as you move one size gets way too cheeky! The top is minimal coverage although unordered the right size it’s not great for bigger breast. Love the red colour and feel of the fabric.

I am a self confessed bikini addict and Pink Colada bikinis are by far my favorite. I have almost every pattern. They have excellent quality, hold their colour and the cut is perfect. I feel like I have enough coverage while still being a little cheeky and always get asked where I got my bikini when I wear them. Check their size chart to make sure you get the perfect fit. I am a size 8 and take a M.

Although I ended up canceling my order (customs was too costly), their customer service was great! The girls responded to my inquiries in a timely, friendly and professional manner, and were able to process the refund based on my circumstances. Pinkcolada also gave me a discount for next time I'm able to order. I was eyeing these pieces for months, and finally found a good sale, however, unable to get it at this time. Look forward to purchasing a few items in the future.

Really happy with swimmers! The bottoms I got Maldives they are perfect cheek ratio! I have wide, high hips and find bottoms really difficult to get that are flattering. These are flattering!!! They don’t dig in at the sides like most do and are very comfortable! The midnight teal colour is so rich too!
The top I purchased the tropez style - also very flattering and I love that the top straps are adjustable. They are however very thin so not as supportive as I’d like! I did find myself adjusting the top while wearing them and I can imagine the swimming in surf might be a challenge.

I was nervous for delivery after reading some old reviews but it was all very timely and as expected! Thank you!

Received my order of 2 bikinis. The material is great and fit was correct. The padding is rather thick, but I removed these. I'd been looking for a red bikini and the colour is vibrant, just how youd want it. Would definitely buy from Pinkcolada again! Shipping did take a while, but I live remote and expected it.

Not worth the money paid. Cheap material's and stitching. I do not recommend purchasing

I had issues with some purchases about 12 months ago and vowed not to buy from here again. However 12 months on I was sent a voucher to shop with them again as an apology for my troubles last time. They have really picked up their game with customer service. I always loved the quality of their bikinis but the service previously let me down. They have really turned things around and I would definitely shop with them again!

Amazing customer service and support. My purchase was delivered safely and fast.

I purchased 3 items for Christmas 2020. After not receiving anything by the new year I followed up, only to receive 2 of the items with the other item now on back-order.

I had to follow up again in October 2021 & received the final item to my order 11months after it was placed.

I didn’t receive any compensation for the massive stuff around & have then been sent several emails just to review my experience.

The swimmers are nice but the whole experience was not worth it.

Replied straight back and was able to tell me where my order was.

I offer a 3-star review because PinkColada met my expectations. Ordering and delivery was swift and efficient, price point was good for the quality received. Sizing was accurate-ish- I had to submit an exchange for a smaller size despite reading a number of reviews on the bikini top I ordered to try and determine my size. My exchange was processed efficiently and I was issued with a credit note to re-purchase the correct size despite requesting a size exchange (it was given as an option on the form). I am happy with my purchase but there was nothing particularly exceptional of note

Delivery never arrived-I have since read many reviews online and it appears it is very common that this company takes your money and does not provide the goods.

Sizing was all over the place, emails are not answered to quickly, they do not cater to big boobs and small back size.

So after looking for awhile I finally made my first order of 2 pairs of swimwear that I totally loved!! Once they arrived I was really happy but found that there was a bottom missing, I was abit annoyed about it. I contacted Pinkcolada and dealt with Katie she was so understanding and happy to help always emailing back and fixed the problem! I will definitely be purchasing more from this store and telling everyone about how great they are to deal with! Thank you Katie again you are a customer service superstar!! 😊
