Shipping is god awful. You’d think these items are coming from China. It’s been in been over 25 days and both packages have no shipping info. Say they have been shipped but when you hit tracking it says no info found. Any company that had that crappy of shipping is def a cheap company. And please don’t use covid as an excuse. That’s just lame

The top is huge! Cannot return
The top bandeau top seems to be of decent quality, however it is huge! I have a different top that is XL from pinkcolada that is a bit snug, and the measurements for the XL top fit my measurements. But it falls right off. Because of the way that my apt distributes packages, I did not receive it until May 15. But it says it was delivered on April 23, therefore I cannot exchange it. I am very upset and feel like I have wasted my money.

The bathing suits are great! Great material and looks just like the pictures. I shipped them to U.S and it does take about a month, so be aware of that when you purchase them.

Absolutely terrible experience so far
Absolutely terrible experience so far. Customer service is never available on chat through the website, on Facebook messaging, never respond to their emails, and I sent them a DM on Instagram that says it was read worth 0 response. I placed an order over 2 1/2 weeks ago and am just wanting a response on the status of my order. Instead of just informing me on what’s happening, they are ignoring it.
I also noticed that there are two different “Pinkcolada” review pages on Trustpilot and somehow the other one is rated at 4.1 stars and everyone loves customer service, no way. Not sure if this is even going to be seen but I am extremely disappointed so far and regardless of how the suits fit, I will not be purchasing from here again.
