I ordered a piece during pandemic

I ordered a piece during pandemic, mail was slow because of it, did not receive my order on time, but was given a free gift because of it. There was always communication, and my pinkcolada tops are very nice and well fit.

The shipping was estimated for 5-14…

The shipping was estimated for 5-14 days and now 16 days after the order was confirmed I still have not received any type of shipping confirmation or tracking information. I have sent emails about this but have not gotten any response.

Very disappointed

Very disappointed, There was not information that the top is on back order. I would not recommend this brand to anyone

Awful customer service

Awful customer service, especially for the price being charged. I placed my order in April, 3 weeks later I emailed customer service for an update on the shipping status as I had not received anything further. 2 weeks later I received an email that my items were on pre-order which was not indicated on the website and that they would not be shipped until June even though they have already charged me for my whole purchase. I have requested a refund which I gather will likely be about as quick to happen as the rest of this experience has been. I saw the bad reviews but thought I’d take a chance since the swimwear looked cute but wow do I wish I had listened. Absolutely do not recommend and am very unhappy. Would give zero stars if I could.

SLOW

you just shipped my stuff after my orders been placed for over 2 weeks. I was planning to wear this swimsuit for a trip but it's not going to get here in time. Slow service.

Stay far away 🚫🤬

Ordered my bikini and never received anything. Paid $107 for it and a month later after multiple DMs on their social media platforms and direct texts and emails I got no response from them. Truly disappointing. Stay away.

06/06/21 pinkcolada did respond to emails I found later. It their response to this is not accurate. I have not received my items. I received weird texts saying the item had been shipped through a different app which tracks orders. But nothing has come.

Scammers

I was strung along through multiple emails while trying to cancel my order until finally being told it was too late to cancel.

The customer service is phenomenal!

The customer service is phenomenal. I had a question about my item, they got back to me right away with all the information I needed & apologized that my order was back ordered. They then gave me a 20$ credit towards my next order!!!!!!!

I ordered nearly 2 weeks ago and paid…

I ordered nearly 2 weeks ago and paid for express shipping. It still says my order hasn’t shipped. I’ve had no update as to when it will be shipped, and I leave for vacation next week. Figured 3 weeks would be plenty of time for shipping. I reached out to customer service to see if I can cancel the order and no one replied to me.
