Ordered a bathing suit over 3 weeks ago…

Ordered a bathing suit over 3 weeks ago and just recieved an email stating that it won't ship out until June because it was pre-ordered. Nowhere in their website did it state that the bathing suit was a pre-order.

I'm hoping the wait is worth it.

Terrible communication & delivery times

I haven't received info on whether or not my order has been shipped - it's been over 15 days (well past their shipping window). TBD on whether or not this is a scam site.

I haven’t received the product yet

I haven’t received the product yet. Just the bottoms were apparently on preorder which I suppose is my own fault for not reading about carefully on the website. However when pinkcolada emailed me without any prompting about a week later that my order was in fact preorder and if I had any concerns to email, I did email back asking to send the order separately so I would at least get the top in time for vacation and still haven’t heard back from pinkcolada until I got this email asking me for a review. When I realized i wouldn’t be getting this bikini in time for vacation I went to another bikini website and my new bikini from said other bikini website actually already arrived today and I am very happy with the other bikini. Oh well.

I still haven't even received a…

I still haven't even received a shipping notification for my order that was placed on April 29th, I've emailed the company twice and haven't received anything back besides a Instagram message stating they can't find my email.

I ordered express shipping and paid…

I ordered express shipping and paid extra for it. It did not come in time. No refund for extra money spent. When it did arrive, they sent the wrong size. They did resend the right size eventually. Ordered for a trip but was not able to bring it so disappointed. The suit is very cute and good quality.

I ordered over a month again and still haven’t received my order. I’ve also emailed pinkcolada asking for a refund and never got a response. I’m extremely disappointed and out $70.

Mediocre All Around

My purchasing experience was fine. Nothing special. I hate when companies still list OU of stock items.
Suit was mediocre. Not what you would expect for the $$.

Very disappointed 😞

It was baggy in the bum area.. but fit & the top won’t stay in place- lacks support. Pretty color and material though. I’ll never buy from this place again.
