It has been over a month and still…

It has been over a month and still havent received the product. Have been trying to contact them but i have not received any answer from anyone

Good quality, inventory was very low but they made it right in the end

I'm changing my review from a 2 to a 4 because after a bit of disappointment and a lot of communication back and forth this company went over and beyond to make things right. I didn't get to wear any of my suits for my big trip but they did surprise me by quickly getting me the correct suits after all, as well as a full free swimsuit. It took a lot of communicating but ultimately they changed my compensation offer from a $20 discount to an entire free suit of my choice which I am grateful for and completely satisfied with too! Thank you!

Took forever!

I love this swimsuit top but it really took forever to get to me in the US!

Don’t order from this company unless…

Don’t order from this company unless you want to pay $45-$120 in return fees to ship something that doesn’t fit right back to Australia. I bought my teenage daughter two identical swim suits just different colors and one was way too tight. All I wanted to do was exchange it. I went to the UPS store and they reviewed the return label and told me that this company doesn’t have free returns. And to return from the USA into Australia the least it would cost us $48 and it would take 30-60 days to get there. The next option was $120 return fee to get there in 2 weeks. Now I'm stuck with a swimsuit. Never again!

The fit was weird

The fit was weird. Bottoms were tiny but the top was huge and kinda flimsy. As a 32DD, I ordered a medium and the band was way too big and the straps provided no support so I’m afraid I’ll fall out of it if I wear it. Overall, not a flattering fit.

Product is exactly how it looks in…

Product is exactly how it looks in photo. Only issue is that my order took about two months to come in due to an online issue/glitch.

No Customer Service

After a month of not hearing about my order and over a week emailing customer service someone finally answered to tell me they were sold out of all the suits I ordered. They let me switch them and gave me a free suit but all of the suit options were nowhere near what I wanted it was like pick from the stuff that's left. Very frustrating since my first order was great and after this one I wont be ordering from them again.

Awesome

I wasn't sure about buying the sarong cover-up, but the package blew me away. I liked how the sheer white material exposed my skin to the sun's rays. The fabric is soft and a great choice for a sexy cover-up.

Dissatisfied

It literally took a month and a half before these bathing suits showed up and I ordered them with 2-4 day shipping expecting to have them for a trip and was very disappointed. Only one of the bathing suits was cute and the others were just okay. I would not recommend this shop to any of my friends.

Experience in general

Regarding the product itself - no issues here, good mix of colours, good quality and great sizing but regarding the customer service - God, the customer service is a mess and I mean, a BIG mess. You need to get very lucky in order to connect with a person from the customer service who can actually help you. I've experienced 3 representatives during 1 email exchange and 2 of the 3 were extremally rude, not responding and unhelpful. The 48-hours response rule is a crap one. Also a "message received by Pinkcolada" confirmation doesn't work properly. Sometimes you get it and sometimes you don't (I think that when you work with confirmation system, you should ALWAYS get it and not from time to time coz it's confusing). No phone nr to customer service doesn't make it easier either. Difficult to reach. So my points for improvements would be - THE CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!
