Working with Andre has been fantastic. I first contacted him around winter of last year, and in the beginning we had some hiccups. I had my reservations, but something inside me told me to work with him. He’s been transparent the whole way through, and now it’s August 2026 and my credit has been cleaned up thanks to him and his team.

For the greater part of the year I’ve been collaborating with him, and like I said, it hasn’t been a perfect experience. We did have some hiccups early on. But Andre is easy to work with because he’s honest, trustworthy, and very competent.
I originally did some dispute work myself and had success, so I’d like to think I know something about credit repair. But I got stuck, and that’s where Andre came in to help.
I’m part of his private Discord community, and there is a ton of value there. On a scale of one to ten, I’d give Andre and the firm a nine out of ten. The only reason it isn’t a ten is that a ten means perfect, and nobody’s perfect. I think that’s fair.

For those reading this review: if you feel your file is complex like mine was, and you need an elite professional with the expertise to do what other firms can’t, I would choose Pinnacle. Before working with Pinnacle Credit Repair, I had a credit profile that included a discharged bankruptcy and student loans that were still reporting inaccurately. I understand how important accurate reporting is, so I was looking for a solution that could move things forward efficiently.

While Pinnacle did identify some issues and provided a structured process, the overall experience didn’t quite match my expectations in terms of results and pace. The onboarding felt formal and documentation-heavy, but at times it seemed like more focus was placed on getting paid and process than actual progress.

Communication was clear, but often very technical and not always easy to translate into real-world outcomes. I was hoping for more proactive updates and faster movement, especially given that my file was already pretty good with on time payments.

Although there were efforts made, including escalations, the results felt slower than anticipated and not as impactful as I had hoped at this stage.

After working with Pinnacle and paying my contract in full I still have the bankruptcy and student loans are still waiting to drop off on their own by default of discharges.

Pinnacle may be a fit for individuals who prefer a very methodical and compliance-focused approach, but if you’re expecting traction or more hands-on guidance throughout the process, you may want to explore other options.

Paypal literally has a policy that states it is illegal to use them to pay for credit repair. I have reported this business to FTC, BBB, PAYPAL, and AG of New York because this business is hurting a lot of people with no signs of stopping.

This company is a scam. They requested that I pay through venmo and paypal using "friends and family" because they know that they will not deliver on their promise to you work on your credit case, and you cannot get your money back if you pay that way because there is no "money back guarantee" or "charge back".

They do not promise results, but if you go to his youtube channel, they promise excellence. Well this company has no integrity and no ethics. They actually damage your credit even more by the poor shoddy and messy work that they do "attempt."

If you decide to cancel your service and request a refund they do not honor their contract nor their return policy (stated on their website.) Stay away, because this person also tried to shame me on social media by posting snippets of our text message conversation out-of-context to paint me as a crazy religious freak; while leaving out all of the crazy things unprofessional things they said.

Stay away if you value yourself and your financial future and credit worthiness. Do your research on this company and read all of the reviews and watch the videos online (including tiktok) that show this person's true character before you contract with them;.

You cannot trust someone who would lie to you and not keep their word and break their own contracts.

Im so glad I found him on youtube with such an amazing presentation on the nuances of repair a credit report after bankruptcy which was exactly what I needed assistance with. Andre has superlative understanding of credit I have never seen on any other channel and what he has done for me has been life changing. If want premium service which entails one on one coaching, credit repair, and credit building like business credit look no further. It's a one stop shop.

Andre has 12+ years of experience and learned from the best. #3 I want a company that communicates. Pinnacle Credit Repair is very informative about every step through text, call and email. I'm currentiv a client of Pinnacle Credit Repair. It's been four months now since I've joined the fast track program. The fee is reasonable to start and so are the monthly payments. It's a good investment for sure in comparison of just blowing it. I'm learning the process as we go. I had no results till month 4 but it was an incredible result and worth the patience! My $9000 collection from conns was deleted! I was so excited! Understand that the credit bureau's will send back simple repetitive responses to our disputes month after month but Pinnacle Credit Repair was consistent at sending disputes with credit laws and reported mistakes on my credit report. This is said to be"Patient". Some people might have quicker results. Idk. Every case is different. I didn't allow the months that went by with no results discourage me or make me want to back out. I continued to invest and trust the process and importantly understood the process as time went by. Im so satisfied with Pinnacle Credit Repair and their service. 5 stars for sure! they keep changing the name of the company to keep the scam going

I paid them $2,000 to repair my credit and they never removed anything.

Now he will not refund me my money.

They scam customers with a "120 day guarantee" and then they dont refund their money back

they take payment thru zelle so you cannot charge them back

they have bad reviews all over the place, it is a scam, dont do business with this company and go with somebody else to repair your credit.

I was in search of a good credit repair company and found this business. I proceeded to check out his youtube channel. I was in shock at the amount of videos he has tearing down the character of this guy from Everything Credit. I personally feel like if they have issues with each other it should not be on a business youtube that is primarily supposed to be about their business. I would not recommend a company that is so consumed with the deflamation of another mans character

This is an update to my previous review on Pinnacle Credit Repair. Since he illegally ran my credit report and tried to use my SSN to open a Barclays Card, I sent all of that documentation to Trust Pilot. They are being terrible at not taking this seriously. I wrote an entire letter including things from the credit monitoring company Identity Defence below which was triggered by Andrew is his “company” from Pinnacle Credit Repair but he also uses” Pinnacle Credit Management.” Take a look at what I just sent back to Trust Pilot who is not taking this seriously. Since he tried to open a Barclays Card, and there was an entire investigation with his IP address which it was sent from there is no doubt its him.

In order to use their so called service which isn’t not a company I requested his documentation on his accreditations, licenses in the states he practices in etc. He has yet to produce anything and Trust Pilot IS sending me non stop emails because they wont do their job and put the effort into looking at the sites and the reviews online He has a fake address on his website. All of the so-called businesses at the bottom of his page at www.pinnaclecreditrepair. COM are fake. He even put Trust Pilot as a supporting business. They will not even look at that to confirm.

Look at the reviews. I wanted to use his services. He illegally tried to open a Barclays card in my name. I received the alert from Transunion and their company did an investigation which turned out to be his IP address. This is tied to the other review I did on IDENTITY DEFENSE (THIS IS HOW THEY SPELL THEIR “DEFENSE.” ANDREW NGUYEN IS A SCAM. IDENTITY DEFENCE WAS WRONG BY DELETING ME AS A CUSTOMER WHICH MY DOCUMENTATION TURNED INTO TRUST PILOT SHOWS . See all of the same documentationI sent in just now Trust Pilot.

Do you support his business? Because only one of the companies on the bottom of his page links even works. Everyone is telling him on Instagram, Twitter and Facebook he is a fraud. Do your jobs and look. I’ve put more time into this than my family this week to help you. As my last several emails have stated. He uses 2 different websites. They are listed below as well as the letters and credit alerts he did on my transition job credit file. Don’t you see what is happening?

Both of these are interchanged and fake. I asked him for his licenses and documents after he ran the credit report on me. This is crazy. I’ve spent like 20 hours on this this week alone. Just google him. He’s fake as hell.
