Hello everyone this is my case I applied for a visit visa for my brother and I paid 820 AED for charges, they promised me within 3 to 7 days It would be issuance so after 7 working days Jessica from Pinoy contacted me to that the visa was rejected because my brother has active visa so this the fraud here what actually happened that they take the money and gave my brother documents to another third part company the sold my brother documents and Now I opened complaint by Economic and Tourism Dubai this is complaint number EC-43938 after finish investigation Dubai police will arrest them because they are fraud company.

Complex visa requirement
I needed a visa for my father in law who is an Ugandan citizen to UAE which was proving very difficult for us to sort out ourselves. I contacted Pinoy Tourism based on the reviews they had and they were excellent. Lyn responded to all my messages promptly and was very patient regarding all my questions. The process was quick and my father in law received his visa with no issues. Would highly recommend the company.
