Graeme F (Cavehill Branch) came out to provide myself and my partner a valuation. We opted to get a few valuations from estate agents, however felt that Graeme was invested in helping us achieve the asking price we thought was justifiable for our property. He subsequently came back to picture the property and we knew Pinpoint was the best choice for us as he had us at ease, showed us the photos he was taking, recommended items to remove / keep in for photos and generally overall made us feel at ease. It was how l was assisted to get accommodation,the people were so caring and panctual on time to view the house.the office staff where so good if they promise you a call regarding a premise,also a member staff came to the apartment to show me around and hand over the keys.

Having used many letting agents in Belfast Area I can say pinpoint have been excellent.
