I had a good experience dealing with the staff at Pins and Aces regarding tracking my order via Shop. It seems that the USPS reused tracking numbers recently that showed an order I had place on 6/9 had been delivered on 4/1. Quite impossible and confusing.
The staff at Pins and Aces looked into the problem and reassured me that my order was on its way to the proper address.

Smart fast answers to my questions. Information was accurate. Realistic conversation

There was an issue with shipping so I asked a question. Response was same day (Sunday) with a detailed reason for the mixup with an apology.
