What an organisation- words are not enough to describe the support that has been there for me and my family whilst appealing my PiP claim. From my first call until the tribunal today the help and support has been phenomenal. The Supplementary Statement written by Julie took the information I gave and transformed it into a document that was amazing and convincing at the tribunal. Throughout Julie was honest and realistic but her help and support enabled me to be prepared for the tribunal. I cannot recommend this organisation enough. Julie has been amazing - thank you.

I spent 12+ months for the DWP to deny my claim despite ample factual medical evidence of how my condition affects my daily life, awarded 6 points daily living 0 for mobility, I applied to tribunal and engaged the help of PIP Help, Jade was my case manager and she represented me, I waited another 12 months for tribunal who overturned DWP decision and I was awarded enhanced for both daily and mobility, there were many times I felt like giving up but PIP Help and Jade were so supportive and brilliant I simply could not have gone through this horrendous experience at the hands of DWP without their help thank you so much I will definitely engage you again when my review comes up as I never want to experience the stress they put me through ever again Thank you

Dave was patient and very helpful with my concern. Called back when the line broke up too. Highly recommend this service if needing help and advice concerning PIP. Gratitude that this help is available.

I really don't know where to begin. Julie sohna is the most amazing, patient and kind lady I have ever had the pleasure of talking to. She worked so hard and was so so patient with me. She answered any question I had however daft I felt it might be. Today was my tribunal, where the end result was the best I could have imagined. I wouldnt have stood half a chance without Julie. You are amazing ❤️

Julie helped me win again, pip help cic are amazing, there is no way I could have done it without their help. Julie kept in touch about everything and it was so easy to do when I got stuck and needed help. 10/10 from me definitely worth it.

Would really recommend if struggling with pip. They helped and supported me through the whole process esp maddie.
We went to tribunal that is the stage i contacted them, i didn’t win the tribunal but had little evidence as was just after covid and hospital tests were sparce. Picking myself up quickly and not been too disheartened maddie got straight to work and we did a change of circumstances as my health had got worse since my initial application and i had plenty more evidence i was awarded enhanced on both and for 10 years!
Anybody struggling or put out with the little fee they charge only if you win, just go for it as this had made my life for the next 10 years easier to deal with and less stress!
I really recommend maddie and all her colleagues i couldn’t have done it without them, thank you so much xx

They don't even respond to enquiries. Desperately need help and they won't respond to me when I reach out.

I booked an appointment for the free PIP assessment preparation service. A brilliant service 5*, he put me at ease and explained the assessment process to me. Thank you David. 🙂

This morning I have a large backpayment go into my bank for PIP, I honestly don't think I would of would of been awarded without the help of this organisation. From the first contact with David then being passed on to Jade it has been an excellent service. Jade has kept in regular contact with me from start to finish. Would definitely recommend this service. I now have my pip payments to make life easier ☺️

I absolutely can’t thank Debbie enough for her help, she supported me all the way through, 100% couldn’t have done it without her!!!! Anybody doubting claiming go through these wonderful people!

I cannot fault the service I received from start to finish. Going from no award to enhanced across the board. I could not have done this without their help and would highly recommend. My case handler would even check in to see how I was which gives the whole process the personal touch that we don’t see nowadays

The whole experience with PIP HELP CIC has been a very positive one. The lovely Debbie has helped, advised & supported me through a stressful & complicated process. She has been professional, very patient & approachable, through out.

I had applied for PIP a few years back & had a horrible experience & got no where. I found this wonderful charity to help & guide me this time. The whole process from start to finish took 4 months & I was actually successful with getting enhanced rate on both care & mobility. I still can't believe it, & feel very lucky to have this, as it will make a big difference to me being able to do things, etc
I think paying 50% of the back pay to PIP Help CIC is very much worth it for the professional guidance, advice & makes the process a lot less stressful. It's money I would never of had with out their great help.

After speaking to a team member who gave great advice, I was able to remain calm during an interview for a reassement. For this reason, I was given the enhanced rate for daily and mobility for my disablement. I don't think I could've coped without the wise words and calm nature of the team member at PIP Help CIC

From our initial phone call with David I new we was in the right place he was so helpful and explained everything so clearly it really put us at ease and then we was passed over to Julie. Wow what a incredible lady!! she guided us though the whole process and worked tirelessly to put together a very strong cases. She spent time really getting to understand how my condition affects me and my life and honesty it's the first time I have felt heard and understood. She has been by our side though the whole process all the way up until the tribunal and the case was so strong and well put together we won within seconds of the tribunal starting.
