My daughters case worker Julie was so helpful and understanding while we were gathering evidence and throught the whole process.
It was alot less stressful with her help after previously being refused we have had guidance that she has now been award hrc.
So pleased

I contacted PIP Help for advice regarding my husband's PIP assessment. Dave was very helpful and reassuring, and gave us some constructive advice which helped our confidence going into the assessment, and subsequently an award of standard daily living was given. However we believed this should have been an enhanced award, and PIP Help agreed that this was possible. Jade took on our case and successfully achieved an enhanced award without having to go all the way to tribunal. If only we'd known about PIP Help before we applied! They were very helpful, honest and professional and got us the right result. Would absolutely recommend their services and will be contacting them again in the future for help with submitting a change of circumstances.

Dave is a superstar, honestly I don’t know how I’d have remained positive without his calm demeanour & kind nature. He has enabled me to fill in the change of circumstances form all on my own with a little guidance & support. He encouraged me & assured me that I could do this & has offered his help in future depending on the outcome of an assessment.

Dave, you are one in a million, the world needs far more people like you in it, earth angels are a rare beings, you are just that :)

Jenny who runs the Facebook page is delightful & works so incredibly hard behind the scenes to keep this page working efficiently.

Excellent service, I don't think we would have got our PIP back if it hadn't have been for Kim Fanshaw, back dated and back to what we were getting before, they did admit fault to her. Would have been too stressful to do on our own

Had my tribunal today, With the brilliant work done by DR Jade Hopkins , i didnt even need to give evidence, the judge awarded me high rate on both elements of pip. The service provided was excellent.. I'm not good at explaining and getting my views over the right way .. After speaking with David he put me at ease and for the first time I felt comfortable explaining my issues.. Following the lengthy consultation... I felt having the support was the way to go... So I did Iwas allocated Annie who was also amazing we talked through the claims process and evidence, Medical reports how I'm affected....And was assisted in completing the claim for .. boy was I confused but thanks to Annie I got through it.. The completed form was sent off.. I didn't have any ecptations but was supported always . Annie was only a message or a call away.. Day of my assessment Annie was present... Suporting me..... My application was approved... One thing I will say is be open and honest ......

I had a phone call from David as I have recently got very confused by the stage I am at with DWP. He called me and was so polite, kind, calm, and very thorough. I explained to him I didn’t understand measurements when he asked how far I could walk and he changed the way he worded it so I could understand, using buses. He was so helpful and the charity are very lucky to have him. Thank you David for recognising that having a learning disability isn’t a bad thing it just means things need to be explained differently so we can understand.

I am so happy I’ve got to speak to Dave he has made me realise I should fight for this thanks so much Dave

After giving up on PIP once then having my mandatory consideration refused I contacted PIP help. Kerry helped me appeal and I've been waiting on court date. Received a message yesterday saying they have awarded me! They responded to me with nonsense but Kerry was brilliant, she did everything. I just had to sign court papers, add additional documents and onward send. Nothing I said to PIP did any good but Kerry was fantastic. I'd recommend them to anyone and can't thank them enough.

I couldn’t rate Julie high enough.

When I was in hospital, she supported me every step of the way.

She helped me gather medical records and put my case in writing. I was awarded PIP.

But above all, she was human and kind to me when I felt very unsure. Little check ins like “how are you feeling?” mean as much as much as the financial security she’s given me.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Julie was incredible. Caring, supportive, empathetic. Nothing was ever too much. I couldn’t have got through the application process without the support I received from Julie and the team. I would definitely recommend this service
