I contacted Kim at PIP help after some years of being constantly turned down by the DWP. Kim was fantastic. She spent a good while rewriting the appeal and then represented my wife at the appeal hearing. The judge awarded my wife the appeal within an hour. Without Kim and PIP help the appeal would not have suceeded. Don't hesitate contact PIP Help.

Arranged a call, Dave called and was a fantastic help, we had a good conversation and was very helpful.
Felt very uplifted after our phone call.
A lot more positive about the whole situation.
Was really pleased with the service, manner and honesty.
Had previously enquired with fightback but was very overwhelmed with everything they charged for and wasn't clearly made to me what was what.

Ive just got off the phone with Dave and he was amazing, so friendly, straight down the line and honest. Such brilliant advice given and gave me so much more confidence in going to tribunal than i had before. You all do such an amazing job providing help and support to those of us in need and i appreciate everything you have done.

I contacted PIP help with regards to a mandatory reconsideration for my son. They gave me some excellent advise in how to respond, which ultimately led to my son being granted care and high mobility. Couldn’t recommend them more.

Having to think about all my health conditions and how they affect me in one form was upsetting, yes this is my life but I struggled when it came to thinking of them all in one go. Anna was amazing though, she gently guided me through, pulled from me information I hadn't even considered (it's just something I do day to day). I was dealt with professionally and with empathy. I contacted PIP Help, and they took on my application. And now I have been now been given P.I.P with help from P.I.P Help. Benefits being stubborn and took nearly 1 year since applying. It went through courts and tribunal and I won.

From the start of my journey getting help from PIP HELP CIC, I found the advice very helpful and was reassured by David. I had a lovely lady called Julie help me with my tribunal appeal, I don't think I would have won it without the help from her. I would definately recommend this company if you are needing the help.

Can’t even begin to thank this organisation, absolutely fantastic from start to finish , extremely professional and so nice . My advisor was Jade and she was lovely , even if I thought I was bothering her with silly questions she never made me feel like I was a pain . I can’t reiterate enough if you are considering taking things further after a refusal to get in contact and seek advice from them

This is my first PIP claim, I won my case even though I originally received zero points and then 4 points, just before Tribunal I was awarded enhanced on both so I highly recommend this company. I have been supported in my journey all the way. They are very professional and knowledgable and I believe my claim would not have been successful without them. They took on the majority of the workload and referred to case law which I had no knowledge of. They supported me and were kind and compassionate throughout. Whether you get zero or not enough points, and no matter what stage you are in your application your chance of success is better with them behind you. I am very lucky to have found them. It was Julie who was my case manager and I feel very lucky and grateful for all the very hard work and support she put in and gave to me.

I’m very sceptical when it comes to asking for help for the fact it’s never received. I was at my lowest and randomly decided I’d search Facebook and came across pip assessment support group.

After reading comments and seeing nothing but positive comments I finally kicked myself to message. I got a response practically straight away we chatted a little I gave details that I needed and was told David would be in contact but she couldn’t give me a definite time or how long which I fully understood. Not going to lie in my head I was thinking here we go being fobbed off again. i hold my hands up I was wrong a few days later David contacted me. I’m no good on the phone I never get to the point, I waffle on like now and never say everything I need to say. David was amazing he was patient, kind and so understanding and just made me feel at ease. i lost contact with David through alot of personal problems myself. however with David’s advice and giving me pointers on what to focus on I won my tribunal case and it’s all thanks to David and he’s team. Thank you from the bottom of my heart you’ve finally made life liveable and easier.

I won my pip tribunal after scoring 0 points on assessment and mandatory reconsideration. DWP were savage but Kim kept me going, at the end of the phone every step of the way. Thank you so much Kim & PIP Help. A small price to pay to be heard.

Jade was amazing, I'm currently having a life and death procedure, am constantly exhausted and had minimal fight in me to face the paperwork and process of this claim. My wife is juggling dealing with kids, work, keeping the house and everything else together and was equally placed. Jade supported us so much and explained the process all the way and recommended all the supportive evidence required and chatted through the whole application process and helped my wife with so many questions and queries so my wife could then complete with me with minimal stress. My experience has been fantastic with this company and especially a lady called Maddie, she has been kind caring and honest I could not have done this without her help and guidance. Having received zero points on the 2 previous PIP form attempts, I was recommended PIP HELP CIC. As I had already gathered some evidence, it helped my case worker to evaluate what I had and what I then required to complete the case. I then contacted DWP for the PIP form in March 2023, my casework did a typed up evidence, from going through each question, and sent it along with the attachments etc in May. I couldn't believe my eyes when I received a text message to say that I was successful but had to wait for a letter to arrive to explain what level I have been awarded. If it hadn't been with the help from PIP HELP CIC, I would have probably been rejected again.

Grateful to Annie from pip help for her support , I really couldn’t have done it without her. Prompt responses to my messages and calls. Great advice. Was there every step of the process which ended in me getting awarded pip . Can’t reccomend them enough. X
