Pitch Experiences Reviews

What a fantastic experience we had at the New Years Day morning session in 2025. We were looked after very well in the 501 club by the Pitch team who were professional, courteous and very attentive. The food was excellent, with a great range of drinks on offer. We have made sure to book for 2026 and can't wait for it! I'd highly recommend the experience that allows you to get up close and personal with the darts...with a touch of class!

Another fantastic night at the darts. Stuart was amazing with arranging our tickets again 2nd time going and being able to deal with the same person is always helpful and feels personal. The night as whole was fantastic and a great atmosphere having been twice now we had something to compare. The only thing that I could comment would be the food sadly wasn’t at the standard we experienced the first time but that’s the only thing I can say on the matter. Over all a great night superb experience and will definitely use again!!

Excellent booking process with regular contact prior to the event. On the day staff were superb nothing was too much trouble and the corporate area with meal and drinks proved an excellent warm up to the main event…see you next year 👍

Great day at the darts with clients. Everything was made so easy by the Pitch Team and good value for money I thought with all the food and drink included throughout the day. Great lunch, service was excellent and everyone was so lovely. Already booking for the same time next year. The clients said it was the best corporate day out they have ever been. Cheers to Rhys and the rest of the Pitchside Team. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.

Brilliant experience at the darts from start to finish. First class service and couldn’t have gone better. Thank you.

Whole experience was amazing - lovely food and drinks - all served by brilliant people who make you feel super welcome. The quality of the darts and the atmosphere all makes for a mega day never to be forgotten

The best hospitality experience you can get and all brilliantly managed by the team there. What was especially good was that we had 4 ladies in our party and they all said how brilliant it was!

A group of friends and I have been to Ally Pally for the darts for the last 3 years and the Pitch Experiences team have been amazing. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they are always helpful and friendly. The food and service is top drawer and the whole event runs so smoothly. Roll on New Year’s Day for our next visit.

We went to the world darts championship on 23rd December… what a night!! The entire booking and communication process was super easy and very clear instructions sent out (re timings, location etc) in good time. Will definitely be using Pitch next year

Food was terrible - absolutely woeful. Cold and disgusting to eat. Couldn’t eat the vegetarian option and the pudding wouldn’t feed a child. Absolutely taking the p1ss and for nigh on £450+ a ticket, just atrocious. And the seating in the hall? 4 seconds walk and I was sitting in the stands at the back of the hall. Wouldn’t recommend the experience to my worst enemy. Buyer beware.

What a day we all had at the darts.
Seb was fantastic in the run up to it with lots of help.
We were a party of 10 with 2 children aged 11. The kids were given the vip treatment by the hostess who took them for a tour of the arena prior to the mayhem. Also a special menu for the children was provided.
The whole day was amazing and the service exceptional from the greeting to the end of the day.
I am lucky enough to do this sort of thing quite a bit and what is on offer from pitch experiences exceeds the offering I have had elsewhere.
Extremely good value for money, I cannot wait to book up for next year.
Thank you so much seb and the whole team that were there on the day.

Seamless from start to finish.
The booking process was simple and easy, the organisation at the PDC Darts was spot on. Good Food, Great service and we thoroughly enjoyed the night. No hesitation in recommending Pitch experiences

We had such a great day at Ally Pally with Pitch Experiences. They looked after us so well - stunning service with very friendly attentive colleagues, food was fab, flowing drinks in a great venue. Special mention for Arthur who looked after us brilliantly when we needed his support. I was able to entertain friends and colleagues on our table thanks to the expertise of this team. Thank you - I will definitely book a table for next year..

Well organised great fun but catering 1/10

Booking was made so easy, Stuart particularly helpful. The day was amazing, the catering was superb. Could not fault our day at the darts. Would highly recommend

Seb was an exceptional host. Food and drinks were great.

Seb is a great customer service representative and always manages to secure us tickets to the events we want to attend.
The account login is easy and keeps all your tickets in one place.
We've used Pitchside for various events and would recommend them.
The events always run as they should, well done and thank you.

Thoroughly enjoyed my visit to Wembley for the Coldplay concert. The tickets and instructions were easily accessible, so making the experience hassle free. The concert was spectacular.

We had a fabulous experience at the oval, thank you Jacques for organising it for us. We would highly recommend Pitch Experience, and Jacques Cooke for hospitality or sport events.

I have been very lucky and experienced hospitality at sporting events quite regularly over the past few years. Pitchside are absolutely excellent at what they do, great sales and administration staff, excellent facilities at the actual ground, superb food and engaging, professional teams running their boxes. An unequivocal recommendation from me!
