I had extensive family genealogy research on my flashdrive which had unfortunately became corrupt and disabled. I stupidly had not backed up my work for almost a year. I was panicked and distraught. All my hard work was lost. I called Pits Data Recovery and Eric calmly walked me through some steps and said their company could try to retrieve my files.
