This is a young company with a great future. Some improvement should be done in the website user interface, but I'm sure they'll do them soon, because it's an excellent team and they really are beside you whenever you experience any trouble. I had a problem with an accidental files deletion and they helped me to upload and process the files again for free. The visual quality of the upscaled videos are great but other companies do so as well. The difference is the human factor, and unfortunately this is not so common nowadays. From this point of view, Pixop is really a premium quality service, always close to the customer to help. You can feel their implication. I absolutely recomend Pixop.

If you can offer such a great service with the most personal service I have ever experienced. Then you really are a champion! Pixop is definitely my favourite tool to improve my videos.

Everything worked out well! Pretty easy to understand the program, and the results came out good for what I needed them for. When I was looking into everything before doing the service, I couldn't find much about it so I was almost worried it was a scam, but actually I had no real issues. Also, the customer service is very pleasant.

This is my go-to tool to upscale our SD/HD footage to 4K. The AI is the best on the market, don't hesitate to give them a try. And fantastic customer support from Morten

Probably the best experience I've had with a video enhancing service.

I previously used Topaz labs combined with Dain app to enlarge and interpolate video, but I needed an online service this time. I found Pixop through other reviews and after some initial struggles, their team helped me to get the perfect result.

Pixop delivers a quality I didn't know was possible, but it does so at a price. However, in return for the higher fee you do get insanely fast customer service (I ran into a bug, which was fixed within an hour of my reporting it).

Easy to use interface, quite good results, very friendly and supportive team. Didn’t get the best out of face enhancement yet, but apparently a new filter is coming soon that suppose to solve it. Otherwise the score would have been 5/5 😉

The website is a great help to filmmakers and media makers who cannot afford paying for a studio service or cannot afford to build a remastering computer with remastering software.

The staff are not only friendly and helpful, they go beyond mere troubleshooting. They actually assist you in different ways to come up with the best processing settings for your video files. They will even process different sample test files at different settings for you so that you can choose the best settings for your work. They make you feel that they are part of your creative team. They make you feel that they care about the quality of your work.

One point for improvement: I think the website is good at processing mp4 files but has a more difficult time cleaning up and denoising AVI files. They can improve their website's ability to process older file types and older codecs.
