Katrina was so helpful and attentive when helping us make our wills. No question was too silly and she explained things in easy, manageable terms and was always happy to go back over things too. We had email and in person conversations, with Katrina taking the time to visit us in our home to complete the process. Very happy with the whole process, she was supportive, thorough and helpful.

Very professional, took the time to get my requirements sorted, gave me plenty of feedback and was only too willing to answer my questions

Excellent service from PJH Estates, no hard sell just a very professional approach. Every stage was explained in a very simple, none jargon way. We were left time to go through the proposals and all our queries answered. On the final "signing" again Katrina spent time ensuring that we understood everything and all the paperwork reflected our wishes
