Issue with draw stopper clips

The material is strong and nice the complaint I have is regarding the stopper drawstring clips, when I’m walking and my dog pulls or I correct the push down part of the clip gets caught in the ring constantly and tightens up on its own. It’s frustrating as I have to continually check it and keep readjusting. Other than that I would be happy with this product.

I honestly loved this company until I…

I honestly loved this company until I had a issue with one kangaroo tug I ordered came with quality issues and it also looked used so now everything I would want to buy I’m second guessing and when I contacted support I was told that’s how it is so it seems as if it’s a gamble if your gonna get a good quality tug or not and mind you there not cheap
I’d like to add the owners attitude is absolutely ridiculous and he’s basically a child running a company and he just deletes any reviews that aren’t 5 stars take a look at facebook for some real reviews

We’re really sorry to hear you were disappointed with your experience. The Limited Edition Tugaroo is made from a natural material, so each piece will have its own look, texture, and finish. Because of that, no two tugs will be exactly the same, and some variation is expected. This doesn’t mean the item has been used. We completely understand it may not have been what you expected, especially when comparing two tugs side by side, but the product you received was supplied as intended.

The super grip lead gives me much more…

The super grip lead gives me much more control.
It's light and fits easily in the pocket or over the shoulder.
The mystery leather lead is top quality. I will wait until my dog stops the occasional lead chewing before I start using it.

Slip Lead

I bought a slip lead but ordered the wrong one, after I realised this I contacted them, Jess organised the change with my order and also processed a refund for the price difference, I used the lead for the first time this morning and was far more successful for controlling a pulling staff than my current slip lead
