Great customer service and outstanding product! My dogs love it. It doesn't smell and is the best thing I could find to an open bit of grass.
It's a no brainer.

For our apartment, this is hands down the best solution yet to give our two fussy Toy Cavoodles a toilet option when the weather doesn't permit a walk. No smell, just water it and give it sunshine on the balcony, easy. Early days but I am extremely optimistic that this is our long term solution.

After 12 months of frustration replacing my puppy’s real grass every two weeks, I finally bought the Real Grass Puppy Potty—and I wish I’d found it sooner. Very happy with our new puppy potty. It’s easy to move around and easy to look after. Apart from washing out the trays the smell is minimal. We got a slab of Sir Walter and it’s planted perfectly in the potty.

We LOVE our Grassifier, we were originally with one of those subscription-based companies, but I hated how quickly the grass in them died, and it wasn't weather-proof, making it smelly and messy, etc. This literally solved all those problems and is much more affordable since we keep the grass alive for approx 2 months at a time. Wish we found this sooner.

Honestly, one of the best dog purchases I’ve made for my doggo. I wasn’t sure if my dog would use it, but there were zero issues. This has been a game changer for my senior dogs. Both have arthritis, and having a real grass potty on our balcony means they no longer need to navigate the stairs multiple times a day.

Wow! What a product. I've only recently moved from having a back yard to apartment living and this product has solved all of my old pups toilleting needs. Sturdy construction, super easy set up instructions and it all arrived in one piece quickly. And it looks great on my balcony too...a little green adds a nice touch to the concrete jungle. Most importantly, pooch has taken to it quickly and I can remove all of the other smelly options that just didn't work. This is definitely a one stop solution and highly recommended. This company is an absolute godsend for doggie parents that live in an apartment and want to be able to go out / go to work without worrying about your fur baby needed to go to the toilet.

My boy loves his potty and the freedom to be able to go when he needed without relying on a human to take him out.

If you follow the 3-4 basic set-up steps, you can not only keep your grass alive, but (depending on weather of course) it can actually grow and thrive!

Also a fabulous money saver for anyone using those grass subscriptions (like we used to!)

Game changer for apartment puppy training
Living in an apartment, we needed a reliable potty solution for our puppy while she was still learning. We decided to try the Grassifier and honestly couldn't be happier.
The real grass made all the difference. Our puppy took to it almost immediately and now heads straight to it whenever she needs to go. It's significantly reduced accidents indoors and made toilet training much less stressful for both us and our pup.
The setup was straightforward, and the quality of the tray is excellent. It feels sturdy, easy to clean, and blends in much better than traditional puppy pads.

I have an elderly dog who struggles to get to the park as frequently so this potty grass on our balcony is such a relief for him. It's big and sturdy as he's a 30kg boxer. I had bought another brand online and its was so lame and broke after 2.5months.

I shopped around and found Real Grass Potty... It's so easy to maintain and the guys who run it are so helpful.

We honestly didn’t expect something this simple to work so well! The Real Grass Puppy Potty has been an absolute game changer for toilet training. Our puppy took to it almost immediately because it uses real grass, and it’s made apartment living so much easier and cleaner.

The quality is excellent, odour control is far better than synthetic mats, and cleanup is surprisingly easy. It’s also been amazing during bad weather and late-night potty trips. You can tell a lot of thought has gone into the design.

This company is a scam! They will not accept returns for an unused product that shows up not as advertised.

Their puppy potty product is designed to use a plastic liner under turf (thereby just killing it quickly) meaning the timber box is useless and just decorative: for almost $200.
When I realized their product page had false information (also didn't fit the common turf in my state) I requested a return of my unused product. Not only was the customer service horrendous, they stated they couldn't provide a return because they couldn't afford to? What's more is that the review site they use allows them to delete negative reviews!
Completely unprofessional company and waste of money: if you can hammer 4 pieces of wood together and stick a plastic sheet in it, save yourself almost $200 and dealing with scam artists. Am in the process of reporting this business to consumer affairs.
