Já tem uns 5 meses que opero com a Planet4Funded e sendo bem sincero, até agora não tenho do que reclamar. Nesse tempo consegui fazer 2 saques e os dois cairam certinho, coisa de umas 48 horas. Pra quem opera mesa, isso pesa muito porque no fim das contas o que o trader quer saber é se a empresa paga mesmo quando a gente faz a nossa parte. Agora tô aprovando mais um teste de 100k, com o objetivo de chegar no quarto saque e liberar o copy trading, pra conseguir tocar duas contas ao mesmo tempo e tentar escalar um pouco mais.
Até aqui a experiência tá sendo boa demais. Os pagamentos vieram certo e isso já passa muita confiança. Gratidão aí a Planet4Funded, tamo junto.

After the company’s latest response, a more serious concern has emerged.
They stated that the wallet address used in the transaction does not correspond to any operational wallet directly used by them.
This raises a critical point:
The payment address was generated and provided through their checkout/payment system at the moment of purchase. I did not manually input or alter any wallet address.
Therefore, if the address is not recognized as part of their operational infrastructure, this suggests a potential issue related to:
* payment gateway integration
* invoice generation system
* or address assignment process
In any of these scenarios, the responsibility cannot reasonably be attributed to the customer.
Additionally, the blockchain transaction confirms that the funds were successfully delivered to the address generated within their payment environment.
At this stage, I am not requesting speculation — I am requesting resolution.
Please confirm:
1. Which payment gateway generated the wallet address shown in my transaction
2. Whether that gateway has been contacted for asset recovery
3. A clear timeframe for the completion of this technical review
Until this is resolved, the core issue remains:
Funds were sent to an address provided within their system, and no resolution has yet been delivered.

Your latest response continues to focus on the asset mismatch (USDT instead of USDC). While I acknowledge that the invoice specified USDC, this does not resolve the core issue.
The transaction (TXID: 0x0899b2ec921a437860a236741ae056fb720d6fe45fa9d3da45ab7430a2d179e1) was successfully executed on an EVM-compatible network.
On such networks, a single wallet address can receive multiple token types (including USDT and USDC) without any limitation at the blockchain level. Therefore, the funds were successfully delivered to the destination address.
This means the issue is not a failed or invalid payment, but rather that your system did not automatically recognize or process the asset sent.
More importantly, you stated that the destination wallet address does not correspond to any operational wallet identified as being directly used by Planet4Funded.
This is a critical concern.

If that address is not recognized within your infrastructure, this points to a serious issue related to:

Therefore, this is a matter of internal reconciliation — not payment failure.

I had my account deactivated by Planet4Funded due to alleged inactivity, which is simply not true.
According to the official trading reports downloaded directly from their own platform, I executed trades on March 10th and March 12th. Despite this, my account was deactivated on March 14th for “inactivity”.
I provided these reports as evidence multiple times, clearly showing valid trading activity within the required period.
However, the support team failed to address this contradiction. Instead, they issued a generic response claiming that their internal data indicates a breach, without providing any logs, criteria, or technical explanation.
Additionally, they exceeded their own 72-hour review deadline and repeatedly delayed the process without transparency.
At this point, I am not questioning the rules — I am questioning the lack of consistency between their own platform data and their final decision.
If a company can ignore its own system reports and refuse to provide detailed justification, this raises serious concerns about fairness and reliability.
I strongly advise other traders to be cautious and ensure they fully understand how “activity” is actually evaluated, as it may not align with what is shown in the platform.
I am still awaiting a clear, evidence-based explanation.
